Premium Sound (United Kingdom) Omdömen

The company does what it says & delivered

Bought a turntable online from PS, but had an initial problem with the parcel. Once I rang them Max sorted the problem and upgraded the purchase keeping me informed throughout. I now have a sweet sounding set up. Thank you. I would recommend PS and will buy any upgrades from them as I trust and respect their knowledge and commitment to customer service

Great product at a super competitive price. Delivery very prompt. All round great experience.

Quick delivery, very good price, and helpful service post-sale with a small tech issue that was fully resolved.

Great price and communication. You can't say much more. Perfect

Thankyou

Great Service, would recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy any hi fi equipment. They stock lots of leading brand's and give good discounts also. They also have a lovely store located in the London Area if you wish to visit them and book a demonstration.

Great price..great delivery times...thanks!!AAA..👍

It is a very good cable, you can see the improvement in the image in the white and black levels that are so difficult to achieve.
Excellent service from Premium Sound

Great service, fast delivery. Excellent :)

Great service - I recently bought some headphones from Premium sound. It was an on line transaction and I found them to be very attentive and efficient. I had previously visited them to hear various items and the shop was well stocked with a relaxed atmosphere - I liked that I was able to dem equipment in comfort and at my leisure.

Ordered an open box DAP from their site. Unfortunately it didn't power on. Despite the poor product, great service, they swapped it out, upgraded it on them , all on next day delivery so I could get it before a trip I had planned.

Great service from these guys and will use again!

Excellent service and quick delivery

Zani was so helpful from the get-go! He understood exactly what I was after and what I needed in terms of system matching through to enjoyable sound quality. I traveled across from south Somerset as no dealer stocks CA

Have ordered high end gear twice from Premium Sound and both time the service was first class. Premium Sound will be my first choice going forward and highly recommend for fast and reliable delivery of high end gear at a great price.

Very quick delivery. Great price for my 2M Bronze Stylus. Would highly recommend.

Good product range, excellent speakers, and superb customer service (quick delivery too).

Thank you for a simple and pleasant transaction. First class communications, they could not have been more helpful. Thank you so much!!! Rapid dispatch and well packed. Could not fault premium sound!!

Premium Sound helped me out getting a pair of speakers that was out of production and no longer sold in any Nordic webshops anymore. Shipping to my country was only £30. Super happy with the customer support, the shipping price to my country, and off course getting these speakers before stock ran out everywhere!

Superb service ultra fast delivery
