Using Premier snag was the best decision I did and my new house was inspected very well, all the faults we couldn’t have been able to see was picked and the builders are replacing all the faults noted. I will give them 💯

Wow! From start to finish the service was fantastic. From receiving a message the day before confirming the visit to receiving the report first thing the following morning, everything went smoothly.

Tom Feeney, our snagger, arrived promptly and on time. He talked through the things he was looking out for, explained what he was going to do, and how long it would take. He was clearly very knowledgeable. He was friendly and happy to work around us.

We received the comprehensive, clear, and concise report first thing the next morning. Amazingly quick turnaround!!

We are really happy with the service we received, It’s really worth to get the new build inspection done otherwise we would have missed many small snags. Tom Feeney was really experienced & professional, he captured all possible snags and gave us a detailed report.

I booked the Premier Platinum Package inspection for my new build house. This review is for the Pre-Completion inspection as part of the package. Tom Feeney called me the day before the inspection to check in and advised how the inspection would be carried out, which was great to provide me with the reassurance I wanted. The report he produced after the inspection was really thorough and detailed and was provided to me the day after the inspection. I was so impressed with his communication, detail and quick turnaround of the report. I look forward to Tom returning to my home for the Post-completion inspection and providing an equally thorough and detailed report.

I had a fantastic experience with Premier Snag for my house survey. The booking process was seamless, and Brian was absolutely brilliant on the day. I spent a lot of time researching a snag company and landed on Premier Snag - everything from website to booking was simple and straightforward - value added services being included was a real plus (Drone & Thermal) and set them apart from the competition.
The inspector was prompt, friendly and thorough, explaining the process and answering any questions I had. My inspection was on a Friday and by 10am Monday I had the report which is detailed, easy to understand and user friendly.
From start to finish the service provided has been outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
A suggestion would be to provide business cards so on new estates cards could be given to neighbours who may also be looking for quality, reliable snagging services.

Great experience from start to finish really - I had a few queries about the type of survey I wanted so contacted via the WhatsApp service and received quick, friendly, and helpful advice. The booking process was painless and very flexible to fit around our needs, and a very competitive price also.

Our snagger (Herman) introduced himself via a quick text the day before confirming he’d be attending which was a nice touch. On the day Herman attended early and had many gadgets and gizmos (a drone, thermal camera etc) and spent nearly 4 hours going through every part of the house inside and out. He then talked us through everything that he’d found, and we received the written report within a day or so. He even sent a message after to check we were happy with the report and any further queries. So couldn’t really ask for more!

We had our three-bedroom snag inspection done with Premium Snag and the experience was excellent. Brian carried out the inspection and he was incredibly meticulous and patient. He checked every part of the house carefully and identified many issues we would definitely have missed ourselves.

He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and documented each snag professionally with photos and details.

We would happily recommend Brian and Premium Snag to anyone buying a new build ，absolutely worth it.

I have used premier snag twice and both experiences have been fantastic. Eason and Herman were polite and professional and their snagging reports were detailed with high quality images to accompany the snags they had highlighted.

Both Herman and Eason managed to pick up on issues that we wouldn’t have thought of. The report was returned quickly and was really useful to hand over to the builder.

The qualified surveyor, Brian, is undoubtedly experienced and professional of his pre-completion inspection (PCI) service. Despite the developer had given us a very short notice for the PCI, Brian and I could work together timely and well organised to get the PCI done before the day of the completion date.

Within the PCI, Brian checked 123 items in my new property, some of these items are identified as critical issues, such as a big hole on the new plaster wall and obvious cracks on the newly wall.

Based on the PCI report, it saves much more time, effort and money to negotiate with the developer for fixing the issues.

I am looking forward his Post-Completion Inspection service as well.
