Premier Snag Omdömen

We had a brilliant experience with Premier Snag. We were able to get an inspection in a few days, and the report was so thorough, which really helped negotiations before the exchange of contracts for purchasing a new build, thank you!

James carried out a very thorough survey of our new build property and was happy to explain anything we were unsure of. The comprehensive report was with us the next morning. I would not hesitate in recommending Premier Snag, money well spent.

From start to finish, service was professional and well communicated.
Brian was knowledgeable and the report was swiftly received in a clear, well presented manner.

Really clear booking process and great attention to detail when looking through our new property. Tom was really clear on what to expect and equally clear with the feedback and overview of his findings. His report was really detailed and helpful in getting the snags resolved with the builder.

I had a fantastic experience with Thomas Feeney. Before starting, he briefly explained the entire process, which I really appreciated as his friendly nature made me feel at ease immediately. He was incredibly patient and meticulous, taking the time to look into every nook and corner of the house to ensure nothing was missed. At the end of the inspection, he provided a clear overview of all his findings, making the results easy to understand. I highly recommend Premier Snagging for anyone needing a professional and thorough service.

Our new home inspection was carried out by Tom Feeney between Christmas and new year. I thought because of the timing he’d be ultra quick-WRONG!
He arrived 10 minutes early, and spent nearly nine hours doing the survey. He looked in drains, he filled sinks, he used a drone and an infra red camera, he took measurements and used a spirit level. He explained issues that arose and reassured us-his knowledge was vast and he was a really nice guy.
Our report arrived next day-61 pages and 160+ ‘issues’. I was so stunned to read at the end of the report what a quality home we had brought, and how amazing the site team were!!!!
We really can’t thank Tom enough, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend premier snag to anybody

We used Premier Snag to check our new build over for issues we got the details from a neighbour who used you. Tom Feeney came to our house and I have to say what a professional and enthusiastic person he is Tom is a credit to your company and I would pass your details onto anyone needing the same help as we did as we knew nothing about finding issues with our new build. Once again than you from two very happy customers.

Thomas Feeney was excellent, as he was very polite, with a wealth of knowledge, and extremely thorough. He spent several hours at the property carrying out our Home Snagging Survey (Premier Gold Package), providing constant feedback and clear, practical advice throughout. We would highly recommend Tom and Premier Snag.

Brian was very thorough and provided us a very detailed snag report. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. We were really happy with the service he provided. Premier Snag were also really helpful and sympathetic in moving our appointment day when plans changed last minute, so we were able to attend a funeral.
I would definitely recommend this snagging survey company to anyone!

Arranged on 19/12/25 for Premier Snag to inspect our new build house. Mark came on 2/1/26 and spent 3 hours checking over the property. He picked up on a long list of snags most of which we had not noticed. Mark was thorough and amiable. He reassured us that most of the things he noted were cosmetic and easy to correct. We received his full report the next day (a Saturday).
Very impressed with Premier Snag - booking was easy, Mark arrived on time and the whole process was faultless. We would certainly recommend them.

I found the whole process with Premier Snag to be smooth and reliable. James came promptly to my new home and laid out expectations before inspecting and also gave me an overview of the findings on the day. The report came speedily and was insightful!
Thanks so much for your service!

James from Premier Snag was most professional, thorough and courteous. We didnt expect many snags, but James' keen eye picked out a surprisingly long list. Happy to recommend Premier Snag.

A great experience from the start. I was able to easily book a slot online and pick a time that suited. James was very friendly and professional, listened and answered all our questions and explained the areas he would be looking for/at. The report was very thorough and was sent in less than 24hours. A great experience and would highly recommend.

The inspector who conducted my flat report, Robert V., was extremely efficient, professional, approachable, communicated very well, and was on time. I do not have anything negative to say about the experience; on the contrary.

Brian came and inspected my property recently, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He rang to confirm the appointment the day before and also rang to say he’d arrived on the day.
