Premier Snag Omdömen

I'd the snagging survey for the new build in this Monday, the attending surveyor, Craig is professional with good knowledge, he checked all the areas thoroughly and carefully. I learnt much from him and I could recommend others to use the service of Premier Snag.

Really pleased with the level of service from Brian. He was extremely thorough and found snags that I wouldn’t have. As a first time buyer, this was a new experience for me and I can’t fault how friendly and professional Brian was. The snag report came through very quickly and is easy to follow with images of each snag. It was also quick and easy to book my snag inspection on the Premier Snag website. I would definitely recommend.

The service I received was amazing. Brian was very pleasant and he was at my property for four hours and the inspection was very thorough, I was extremely impressed

This a premier snag service that goes beyond !

We recently had our new build home inspected and were very impressed with the service. Mark was punctual, professional, and went through every detail carefully, thank you very much. He explained the issues clearly and gave us confidence. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend their service to anyone moving into a new build property.

We were very pleased with the professional snagging service we received from Premier Snag. Tom Feeney was polite, friendly and easy to talk to and provided an incredibly thorough and careful assessment of our new build. We can't thank him enough for his diligence and attention to detail as it now means all the little things (of which we weren't aware) are now being sorted to the highest possible standard. Thank you so much!

Really impressed with the service and level of detail. Our surveyor Thomas Feeney provided an excellent and personable service. He was efficient all the way from booking to a very prompt and comprehensive report. Would highly recommend to others looking for a pre inspection snag.

Could not have asked for a better service…Thomas Feeney carried out a superb job, he was very chatty, friendly and down to earth. His report was very detailed and he took time to explain everything to me before and after the inspection. I 100% recommend.

First time ever using a snagging company for Thai type of task and I have to admit id use than again in an instant! From the easy booking system with very flexible rates to the courtesy phone call the day before, the process was stress free and seamless. Brian was incredibly courteous, polite and professional at all times and I cannot recommend him highly enough! His experience shine through and immediately found items that I would never have found. The price for the service was great value considering what was on offer from other companies in the area for the same price, and the report delivered in time as promised. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who requires their knowledge and expertise when purchasing a new build. You won’t regret it!

We had our new build snag tested this past weekend and had a very positive experience. Brian was very thorough and professional with his inspection of the house, as well as very friendly to us while he was here. The final report was completed and sent to us about 3 hours after the inspection was completed which was very helpful to us. Would definitely recommend.

James provided a professional service at a very competitive price! Will highly recommend Premier Snag to anyone thinking of a house inspection. The report is thorough and James was very helpful in any questions that we had.

The report was very detailed with all the items picked up during the inspection. James not only spent a good amount of time looking at the property, he was also kind enough to give us some tips on what to do and what not to do!

Highly recommend for a professional, efficient and amazing service!
