We were moving our dog from Spain to Australia, all the vets told us this is the most difficult country to send a dog to. Lucy at Premier Pet Travel was great she guided us through always communicating quickly when problems arise, often warning us in advance. The company provides daily updates during the pets journey , pictures and messages ,which gives great peace of mind.My animal has traveled with this company on several international routes including USA , Singapore,Spain, Emirates . My cocker spaniel has been on this trip with PPT for numerous years. Each journey is seamlessly arranged and my 8 year old spaniel always arrives home happily. A big thank you to Stacey who managed this year's trips, making them stress and worry free. There is also a resident vet who checks all dogs etc are OK to travel. Pet Passports are available for anyone who qualifies. James and Lucy were this trip's drivers. They send photos regularly along the route of your dog/cat out and about for exercise. James is as ever on time no matter how far he has driven, so another thank you to all at PPT. You are all stars. I am so happy I found you.

The company called the night before to say their van had broken down on their way to collect my dog. Not their fault - but if the checks were done properly would this have happened? They did eventually collected my dog 7 hours late on Sunday afternoon. He was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. Again another message, on Tuesday, to say that this would not happen and he would kept in kennels in Malaga. He arrived Wednesday with his feeding bowl missing and the wrong lead. No offer of any kind of refund. Given the price I was charged, I would have expected the premier service they claim they offer! Instead I have a dog who has been put through needless stress. The company charges a premier price, but not a premier service. I am VERY disappointed and will not use again.

I am so glad I decided to use Premier Pet Travel to transport my Frenchie from Malaga to Johannesburg last week. We arrived there on Tuesday at 16h00 to find that Bertie’s original blood results were not included in the paperwork, which meant he couldn’t fly on his already arranged flight the next day. I nearly had a heart attack as my flight was also for the next day and we only had 4 days left for him to arrive in SA. Lucy remained calm and professional and went through various options to solve the problem. She phoned the vet’s administrator, spoke Spanish and somehow managed to get the originals from Alicante by 11am the next day. She suggested that Bertie remain with her until she could get him on a flight the following day. He happily ran off with her to a large, enclosed area where he could play with other dogs. Their office set up and doggy area is very neat, professional and organised. She sent me videos of Bertie at the airport and being crated and he seemed quite happy which surprised me! I would totally recommend Lucy at Premier Pet Travel for any transportation of a well loved pet!

I have imported two dogs from Spain into Australia and the requirements for the import of dogs into my country are both complicated and lengthy. In both opportunities I used the services of Premier Pet Travel and they managed the entire process in an incredible professional and efficient manner. They were keeping me and the dog breeder informed of what was required and happening throughout the whole process, a process that was handled seamlessly. All our appreciation goes to the Premier Pet Travel staff who I would highly recommend to anyone. My particular thanks go to Lucy.

From start to finish premier kept me informed and helped with all of the behind the scenes details so my family and I could make an easy and smooth transition from Spain to San Diego. If we ever move overseas in the future we will definitely use Premier again!

We recently moved back to the US from Spain and had to transport our big fuzzy mutt with us. He is a beloved member of our family, and Stuart and Premier Pet Travel handled everything for us. I did no paperwork other than submitting info to them. With an international move, it was a huge help. They worked hard to get our dog from Spain in the summer (HOT) to Texas in the summer (HOT) and he arrived healthy and none the worse for wear. We are very grateful for their kind attention to the details and for handling everything for us, from pickup at our location to instructions on how to get the dog from the airport. We worked with Premier to move our dog from Europe to Japan. We were thrilled with the process.

Premier was very responsive to our questions. They gave us options and thoroughly explained the pricing. They worked closely with our veterinarian to ensure everything was in order for the export and import processes.

Once they picked up our dog they sent us updates and photos throughout his move. Our dog arrived in Japan healthy and happy. I highly recommend Premier to help move a pet.

Premier Pet Travel has been absolutely amazing! They came and picked up my 2 large dogs on short notice, got all their vet appts and shots taken care of, and organized flights and paperwork. They cared for them long term when I had to leave the country and they made sure absolutely everything was taken care of. My dogs had a lay over that got canceled, and Premier Pets was swift with communication and got them rebooked and made sure they arrived in the US without incident. My pups were happy and healthy when they arrived, I wouldn't have been able to move them without the help. I highly recommend this company for all your pet travel needs! They made my move as stress free as it could have possibly been.
