Terrible experience. Clothes are of very poor quality. Not at all how it looks in pics. Never buying from this place again

Don't order from them online. They don't deliver and they don't refund either. The material they use is so cheap you cannot wear it. Don't make the mistake I made.

I would give this website zero stars if I could. They scam you by writing a wrong description for the items. When it arrives it clearly does not match the item you ordered. Their customer service is very poor and leaves you frustrated. The finally issued a refund and the refund expired within 6 months. They called it a "coupon". I was so confused that my own money is called a "coupon" . SCAM and extremely BAD. Please do not order from here.

The fabric and style of outfit is exactly what it’s mentioned on the website. As soon i ordered the outfit I received email and WhatsApp message straight away.
I had to check with the team 4 times when would I receive my parcel they were quick to respond and very polite. I would definitely reorder with them again.

I was quite nervous to order first time as in the past had some bad experiences with indian outfits.
Very pleased with prompt service via watz app, customising my order and delivery alerts.
The saree fabric is beautiful and matches very close to the images..

Received a product that was very clearly not what was advertised. After being told over the phone there are no refunds I mailed the customer service. Harshul from customer service asked me to share a photo of the item, and then when he saw it was in its original packaging and had a genuine issue, he had it collected and issued my refund.
A suggestion to the company - please have a stricter quality control espl on items not made by you, and expensive items should be returnable/ refundable when is in original packing.

I have received my order. It is exactly as shown in your advertisements, and the size S I selected is just right. The dress drapes beautifully, and I can discern the high quality of your product. The delivery to Melbourne, Australia was quick.

I had ordered three outfits from Pratapsons and I loved each one of them so much. I received great service from Pratapsons staff. They were very nice and professional and worked with me to find the right size. All three outfits fit me perfectly well. I am going to recommend them to my friends and family and will buy a lot more from them in future.

Pratapsons do not know the word 'Honesty'. They are thieving customers under the pretext of 'discounts' they offer - there are no exchanges or refunds unlike other online sopping sites & when you chat on Whatapp, they block you. No one should be fooled into buying from these people. The company should be banned from selling their low-class products to people who they fool by glossy pictures.
