Terrible performance, almost a total disregard for customer service. Ordered a part, six days later, status is still "awaiting to ship". Tried to make contact to get answers, the chat [bot] completely nonfunctional, just sits there and spins, let run for 15 minutes, no response. Unless you are an incredibly patient person or have all the time in the world, look elsewhere for your parts.
Ordered a thumb nut for my Makita electric mower. Got it fairly promptly but it didn't work - it was an "M6" and I know the thread size is "M8" for the handle bolt that came with my mower, but it had the same exact part number on the original thumb screw itself. This is probably more correctly a Makita problem. What I'm disgusted with is that this is a $2.38 cent part plus $5 in shipping. They won't refund shipping, will charge shipping to send it back plus 20% restocking fee. Lesson: Don't order an inexpensive part from these people unless you plan on tossing it if it doesn't work.
Ordered 3 parts for a Makita yard tool In January 2024. Order was shipped on time but badly packaged an on receipt I found it was damaged by UPS. I contacted the company and they said they would ship a new part. It appears they have filed a claim with UPS, but it's two weeks later and still no new part.
Ordered on 12/12/23. Website said delivery expected 12/21/23. That the reason why I ordered it from them. Here it is 12/20/23 and the order hasn't even shipped yet.
Call to customer service. They couldn't provide estimate shipping date and any confirmation or reference.
Ordered on 12/11/23. Website said delivery expected 12/15/23. That was why I ordered it from them. Here it is 12/14 and the order hasn't even shipped yet.
Ordered a small part for a Makita on 10/23/23. Online site did not indicate part was back ordered. On 11/15/23 I noticed that the ship date for the part was now 12/09/23 on the site. I used online chat and cancelled the order and kept a copy of the chat log. Went in to check on refund on 11/22/23 and saw the part had shipped on 11/20/23. Spock with same agent via chat and first he said there was no record of earlier chat and cancelation. Sent him a copy of chat log and he said cancelation was rejected because the part was "in the process of being shipped". Agent said I could do a return but there would be a restocking fee. I went to site to see what the return policy is and got a 404 not found on the return policy link. Did chargeback through my credit card company.
Ordered 2 parts for my Makita hammer drill on 7/3/23. When I haven't received it by the 10th I sent an email through their website to cancel my order. On the 13th I got an email from them saying my order was shipped. I immediately emailed them to say I had cancelled the order, why did they ship it, no response back. On the 19th I called "CUSTOMER NO SERVICE" and told them I wanted to return the items and they needed to provide free shipping since I cancelled the order, they said I would receive an email within 24hrs. STILL WAITING!!
This is the most unprofessional and poorly run company I have ever dealt with. I will be doing a charge back on my credit card.
