Ordered a Stuart Turner pump delivery was scheduled for today 2/1/26 got confirmation that it would be delivered by 13:20 booked with client for Saturday install 3/1/26.
DX said they couldn't find my address I was working out the front all day I didn't see a DX van.
Ended up losing the job
I purchased a flushing machine from corgi direct as they were guaranteed next day delivery, ordered Thursday before 5pm cut off and as of today Monday no delivery. They attempted Saturday, the Dx courier was on the door step 1 minute whilst I went to the toilet and left without dropping off.
After having to cancel my planned job on Monday,corgi directs response was " well they attempted to deliver" and no offer of apology in the form of compensation. As a result I have lost a days work and will not be using them again.
They are happy to take your money and it's see you later,complete lack of customer care.
AC plumbing and heating
I purchased a Stuart Turner Monsoon 46415 water pump. By far the best price at 300 pounds compared to nearest best from screwfix of 390, or Amazon 480 pounds. I would also like to compliment their customer service, in particular a lady by the name of Sue who made sure we received the item next day after an initial 1 day delay with DX the courier. My experience with Corgi Direct has been excellent
What a disaster! These people do not care about your item or delivery dates, they just take your money and weeks later when you open up your email, you'll find a message from them "we are still waiting for your delivery...." They should be called es h ai es t-direct! Time wasters but... They will eventually go out of business and good!

I have placed an order at Corgi-direct on the 1st of November (order number 92206922) and
I cancelled the order next day as I purchased another product at Corgi-direct. After several email I am still waiting for the refund of more than £500. Today is 23rd november. The communication has been very poor 1 answer for 4 of my emails with a promise but I have not received the refund.
Ordered a snickers workvest. Came within 5 days of ordering
