Powersurge Omdömen

Very easy company to do business with.

Communication was excellent with some helpful advise from Grant as to which options to look at, and no issue making a change to the order between order and install.

Neat install by Ryan and shown over all of the features of the charger when complete.

Would definately recommend.

Great service by the team and Ross was quick at doing the install. The work was carried out very professionally. Would recommend them if considering putting in an electric charger.

Ross and Andy attended to our request and carried out the fittings as the stated. Giving good professional advise and answer to all my questions.
Well done 👏

If you are looking to get an EV charger installed in your home look no further than Powersurge. Ross was terrific from start to finish including having to crawl through my roof space to run the EV cable! The job was done in a very professional manner and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I recently had an Andersen A3 installed by Grant. The process was great from start to finish, he conducted a pre-installation visit to assess the property and was able to give me advice on which charger to pick and where to place the charger as I hadn't quite made my mind up.
Despite the cable routing being quite tricky in my property, Grant took the time to fish this through the ceiling void to make sure I had a completely hidden installation internally.
There was a small issue with the solar energy reading in my charger app after, but Grant offered to come out within a week and fixed the issue quickly.
Would definitely recommend, brilliant service throughout.

Highly recommended powersurge for anyone looking to get an ev home charger! very friendly service from start to finish and Grant is very knowledgeable & professional!

Wow, what a fabulous company PowerSurgeEV are. Their customer service is outstanding and great communication throughout the process too. Grant was extremely knowledgeable about the various EV chargers available and also about the domestic & commercial rates grants. I really wanted the Tesla charger and he fully explained how it would be installed and offered advice to have the most aesthetically pleasing locations to run the 32amp cable. Grant also fitted the charger and it was a first class job. The price was excellent too. I would highly recommend PowerSurge and would give them more stars if I could!

Grant was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. He was at the end of a phone giving me all the information I needed and then when he turned up, he got on with the job leaving everything exactly as he found it and he spoke me through everything.

Great communications, friendly and efficient. Installation was on time, on budget, neat and tidy … essentially everything I could have wanted. Grant went above and beyond to install the charger with virtually no visible external wiring managing to hide wiring within existing floor void and gulley. Recommended !!!

Everything was explained and discussed best way for fitting new EV charger. Would happily recommend to others if requiring a EV charger fitting
