New Boiler - Top man, polite & professional
First impressions count and Nino was spot on. Polite, honest and professional. He arrived at my property spent an hour looking at various parts of the heating system behind the loft alcoves and took apart the 18 year old boiler so I could see the decay. He did more on his initial free visit than the boiler service engineers ever did. I would highly recommend his services. Ps. Didn’t require a deposit and only paid on completion of Job. I paid the day after and was highly satisfied.

Had Nino service my boiler recently and the whole experience was excellent. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional throughout, and did a thorough job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Really appreciate the reliable and honest service, would highly recommend Nino to anyone needing boiler work done.

Proactive & professional
Nino fitted our boiler, transitioning from a conventional to combi system. He was incredibly proactive from the start, offering honest advice tailored to what our home and family actually needed rather than just pushing for a sale. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the project. Even when we hit a few snags during the installation, Nino stayed on top of it until everything was resolved perfectly. He maintained a professional workspace and left everything spotless. We’re already planning to bring him back for our kitchen and bathroom fit-outs. Highly recommend!

When it comes to central heating boilers and plumbing, I wouldn't waste my time calling anyone else if Nimoy is available.
A certified heating an plumbing professional who takes his work seriously. He's very open an frank and tells it as it is. He gets the job done no excuses.
For my peace of mind, I'll always call Nimoy when I need help with heating and plumbing.

Boiler installation
I found 1 heat online and read the reviews first.
I called, told Nino my problem and was promptly quoted for a new boiler. The cost was agreed and my new boiler was installed within a couple of days. 1 heat covered my carpet and left everything tidy. They completed the job promptly.
Will be using them for my annual service.
