I placed an order for a Valentines Card…
I placed an order for a Valentines Card on January 23rd. That's THREE weeks before Valentines Day. I get a notice a week before Valentine's Day that their "shipment" from China hasn't arrived yet and that sending out cards might be delayed. WHY are they accepting orders for cards if the product isn't in hand??? ACCEPT orders if you have the product, otherwise say SOLD OUT! It's February 17th and I still haven't received the Valentine's Day Card. They also have a no refund policy. So I never got the card on time and they will not issue refunds. TERRIBLE business practices.
