J'ai reçu un produit non conforme à ma commande. Après avoir contacté à plusieurs reprises le service client pour avoir un bon de retour. J'ai envoyé le colis avec celui-ci.
Le suivi Mondial Relais indique que le colis est disponible dans leur point de relais depuis le 30 juin 2026 mais l'entreprise ne vas pas le récupérer
C'est inadmissible. De plus j'ai constaté qu'il suppriment ou masquent les avis négatifs sur leur propre site internet pour cacher la réalité aux clients.
Je demande le remboursement immédiat de ma commande.

It takes a LOT for me to take the time to give a 1 star review. This company sent me mine in 2023. They didn't work. Multiple emails back and forth of all the things I had to take the time to do and the still didn't work. Threw them out.
Fast forward to 2026, they send out an email asking for a review. Multiple emails later (because apparently their record keeping is as good as their products) I was so generously offered a 35% discount to repurchase what never worked in the first place.
Their products are as bad as their customer service.

Worthless
I bought several of these cards in order to receive reviews for my business but they forgot to produce and send my order. It took several messages and months to finally receive them. Then the QR code and RFID chip directed users to a broken link. I would never trust this company again. Waste of money.
