Will recommend Polly life insurance to all my female friends!
Emily was an extremely friendly, knowledgable and patient advisor. She was great at communicating, simplified all of coverage, and was empathic when going through health questionnaire. Due to having a young child, Emily had to complete all the questionnaires on different days, she would always check in and ensure the time and date was suitable and was very patient!

Deserved Payrise for Jake!
Such an amazing experience setting up my life cover! Jake Phillips explained everything in so much detail, he was so transparent and so clear about what I was agreeing to. He had amazing customer service and such a good, calming presence.. in the past when I’ve discussed policies with other companies they use so much jargon and then you agree to things without the clarity.. Not with Jake though, I’ve walked away feeling like a weight has been lifted!! Thank you so much!! Give him a raise!!!!!!

Thomas Way is who I spoke to an I am honestly amazed at his customer service he managed to get me a good deal and made it feel personal yet still professional I feel like I am in really safe hands with polly and he made sure my family will be protected of anything bad happens i have an an amazing experience and glad that I was taken such good care of an never once felt pushed into anything , grateful for the good experience thank you again Molly!

Don’t use endearments if you do not know me
Can’t comment on the insurance itself, but I have looked into Polly life insurance previously, so obviously have then had multiple calls asking if I was still interested. I get this - they’re doing their job. What I am annoyed about is the male on the phone, presumably trying to be ‘friendly’ calling me by endearments such as ‘lovey’. I am a 41 year old consultant surgeon and mother; I can forgive a patient in their 80s calling me a nurse or an endearment of some sort, however I do not think it is appropriate for a male talking to a female they do not know. I have already gone somewhere else for insurance, but this would have definitely put me off.

James managed to sort my life insurance…
James managed to sort my life insurance out in one call. I had previously tried to get life insurance with another provider and the process was long complicated and eventually fell through. Glad that I gave Polly a go after being disappointed elsewhere and James was definitely a huge part of that. I can now have peace of mind my family will be okay if the worst were to happen to me.
