lovely staff and very understanding!
james green was spectacular! very friendly from the get go and went over everything in detail, didn’t have to do anything just answered the questions and he filled out all the forms for me and gave me three premium options and went over what they’d all cover. also made sure there was no pressure for me to go for a more expensive option which was very nice, wasn’t made to feel like i had to pick a more expensive one because he was offering it at all.

I can not fault the excellent service I got from Emma who I spoke to on the phone. She was so lovely, and explained everything clearly, so helpful and friendly . She made me feel reassured that I was getting the right cover, never felt pressured into anything. Even after coming off the phone to her, I can still contact her for any further questions that I may have, if im ever unsure.

James Green….. What a guy!! honestly…
One of the most nicest people I have ever spoke to. Considering these are personally questions that we are being asked but not one time during the entire call did I feel awkward, embarrassed, nothing it was like speaking to a friend on the phone. We made light of things. (Like me not understanding my Geography) It made the call just that bit more Personal. Like I was not just another person he had to do a policy with. You can tell he enjoys his job. As my previous job was a learning and development consultant which was to train people on how to speak to clients and help them. I honestly was so impressed on how James handled my call. Inside one call he had my life insurance complete and leaves it where my family are covered.. I honestly couldn’t have been happier. Just a pleasant man to speak to.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service provided by Lewis Routley – he was absolutely amazing. He took all the time needed to talk me through my life insurance for my daughter step-by-step, making sure I understood every part.
Lewis was so friendly and approachable, which immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience really comfortable. He answered every single question I had, and even explained many things I hadn’t known about before – I’m so glad he was there to enlighten me on all the details.
He was extremely patient too, happily going back over anything I was unsure about or didn’t fully understand. There was never any rush during our conversation, and it felt like he truly cared about getting it right for me. I’m really happy Lewis was the one who helped set everything up – companies need far more people like him!

Dexter was THE BEST!
Dexter was absolutely amazing! No question I was asked too silly, especially when it came to thinking about my children and if they were to fall ill and me being able to take time off work if needed, and how we’d manage that as a family financially.
He explained everything very clearly and worked within the monthly budget I wanted.
