I sorted my policy today with James who was great, he was so helpful and friendly. He made sorting something that can be quite sad to think about into a enjoyable and easy experience. Everything was clearly explained to me and very easy to understand, the whole call and sorting my policy only took around 30 minutes, great service.

Jonathan Cartlidge, who i spoke to on the phone, was incredibly helpful in explaining my options and pricing for a life insurance policy. He was very friendly and understanding that I had limited time as i was at work. thank you :)

Lewis Routley was amazing as always. Super helpful and super easy to sort cover. Really respectful of your time and how much you can budget for, and they’re realistic with the advice they give. The app is great and really useful to see how much you’re paying and get in touch with someone if you need it. Would highly recommend

Today I had a call from Jake Phillips who set up my life insurance and critical cover for me. I’d never taken out life insurance before and Jake was amazing at talking everything through slowly with me. Jake’s customer service was superb! Well deserving of a raise!

Had a fantastic experience using Polly. Emily Lewis (sorry for the full name girl!) was polite , helpful and personable. Every question was explained in a way I would understand and not once was I made to feel like I was pressured or asking too much. The prices themselves were competitive and covers were well explained. Overall great experience and would recommend x

Jonathan Cartlidge is whom I talked to about my life & illness insurance. He was extremely helpful & had great knowledge about the policy for myself & my son! Polly insurance offer free cover for your child/children (multiples can be added at any time) with being 31 years old I have taken out a 39 year insurance as advised to take it out until retirement age. Taking out the insurance at a younger age is a benefit as the younger you are the cheaper the policy is (within reason), the price of the policy won’t change. So I will be paying less that £25 a month for the next 39 years if I stay with Polly for the full term.

Lewis Short dealt with my life and personal injury insurance. He was professional and was even able to call back at a time which was better suited (I have a newborn baby). I was shocked at how reasonable the cost was and feel much better that it is organised! Would recommend
