Spoke with Mike McCarthy he was amazing! I’ve gone on and looked for insurance for a few years and never decided to go through with it. However Mike was informative, friendly and polite. Put me at ease and clearly explained everything to me. So now I’m insured for the next 42 years thanks to him!

First of all, they won’t give you an online quote- you have to sign up with your details and they will phone you. I have come to find out that this is so they can be pushy and try to force you into signing up with them as fast as possible and won’t let you think it over.
I missed the first call, and on the second call from them I answered but politely said it wasn’t a good time. His tone immediately shifted and he sounded angry for the rest of the call. The man would not take no for an answer- he was aggressive and pushy, saying it will only take two minutes and I have to do it right now. Rude the whole way through. I repeated that it was not a good time, and I said I had received an email from them with their phone number so I can call them back later. This really set him off, and he said to me: “Well Sarah, it never seems like a good time to contact you. It takes 5 minutes and every minute you wait it gets more expensive so GET ON WITH IT!” and he hung up on me.
Extremely unprofessional, and I do not appreciate the intimidation tactics. It’s supposed to be a life insurance policy not a loan shark. They call during work hours in the weekday, people are busy. You also need to be in an appropriate setting to discuss your entire medical history on the phone.
It has been a week since then and I have been bombarded with phone calls multiple times a day. They are more pushy and harassing than the scam calls I’ve had.
Avoid!!

I had a great experience setting up my life insurance. Scott Williams made the whole process straightforward and easy to understand. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I had the right cover for my needs without any pressure. I filled out the online form for Holly insurance after not being able to get insurance through go compares broker earlier this year. They called me and I arranged a follow up phone call later in the week. Emily Lewis called me. She was very kind and compassionate and listened to me. Holly accepted my life insurance quote when other company's did not. I would highly recommend this company for life insurance. My premiums are a little more expensive than I thought they would be, however I had a good cover and 3 options go choose from.

Lewis Routley was the advisor I spoke with on the phone, I find dealing with things like this very overwhelming, but Lewis explained everything to me and the way it would work. Lewis also shared personal experiences with me which helped relate. Lewis was very professional and thorough the whole way through and got me the best cover for me and my little girl

For what could have been a morbid conversation, Scott brought humour alongside a detailed explanation of the process. Scott used his expertise to inform me and gave friendly advice and information without persuasion leaving me in control of what I wanted for my life insurance policy. I sorted my policy today with James who was great, he was so helpful and friendly. He made sorting something that can be quite sad to think about into a enjoyable and easy experience. Everything was clearly explained to me and very easy to understand, the whole call and sorting my policy only took around 30 minutes, great service.
