I had the pleasure of Lewis Routley, the most helpful and down to earth person. Back in March, I began looking for a policy. Doing exactly as I asked, I received phone calls. Being early into the second trimester, I was quite snappy. Poor Lewis happened to call, and I told him off. After I heard him out (thankfully) we sorted out some questions and decided it would be better for me to do the policy from July. 1st July, my new claimed bestie Lewis called me back. He remembered I was expecting a baby, guessed the gender back in March (guessed correctly!) and was extremely helpful in setting up my policy, being considerate of costs for my upcoming maternity leave. He is outstanding at his job and absolutely deserves a raise. Big up Lewis Routley - thank you for all your help, patience & sorry for telling you off back in March!

Jake Phillips was a star! After being messed about by a competitor, I came to Polly to see if they could help. Jake took me through the whole application, he was polite and conciencious throughout and managed to find me a great policy which matched my needs perfectly.
