Friendly service
Friendly service, everything explained great, Scott was great and got the policy up and running quickly, I did have a policy with Aviva but with little benefits and was a lot more for my premium! My Polly premium is a fixed rate so don’t have to worry about price increases over the years.

I received a call back after sending a quote enquiry. The advisor Jake Phillips was extremely polite, friendly and informative. I did not feel pressured at any point, Jake was supportive and patient whilst we worked out the best cover for me and my family. The cover and price are very reasonable, I had option to decrease or increase dependant on what was comfortable for me. Great service and information.

Harassment and lies
looked for a quote not realising i would be harassed the next day whist at work. the last call i received i asked them to take me off the call list. they then rang one more time, ended the call and then text me. very very unprofessional. the text i received had them lying saying its the first time they have called me. i have a call log with two different numbers from them. Ben his name was. lies and harassment from someone you are meant to put trust into if you were to ever need the cover for your children.
