Es war ganz einfach, alles wurde von Polarsteps erledigt und ein wunderschönes Fotobuch ist entstanden. Die Fotos werden ja schon vei der Reise ausgersiebt und reingesteckt. Das Buch ist in einer sehr guten Qualität.

Livre inutilisable et complètement disloqué
Je ne parle pas de l'application, mais du livre que j'ai commandé suite à un voyage en Asie. Le livre contient plus de 100 pages et s'est complètement disloqué après seulement quelques consultations. Toutes les pages se sont décollées, et le livre en tant que tel n'est plus utilisable, c'est comme si j'avais maintenant uniquement des photos individuelles. Encore une fois pas de soucis de qualité de photos mais du livre avec une grosse déception et un montant payé dans le vide...

Good software, super book and great support.
This very clever software allowed us to share our plans, the trip as we experienced it and produced a lovely final photo book. We did have some damage to the cover when the photo book arrived but we explained to their support team and they sent us another book for free.

Je n'arrive pas à actualiser mon voyage, c'est très compliqué en mode gratuit et pas du tout ergonomique. Je voyage depuis trois mois mais je vais supprimer l'appli car elle ne sert à rien en l'absence d'actualisation et de tuto.

N'achetez pas d'albums (Résolu par le Service client)
Ne passez surtout pas commande de travel book
Très déçu de l'expérience polarstep. Autant l'application est ergonomique et sympas pour les proches qui veulent suivre le voyage mais le SAV est catastrophique.
J'ai commandé un travel book d'environ 85€ qui est arrivé quand je n'étais pas chez moi. Cet album a été déclaré livré mais aucun voisin ou commerçant du quartier ne l'a. Le service après vente n'apporte aucune réponse ou solution. Le seul retour que j'ai eu c'est "attendez il y aura peut etre un retour à notre entrepot" ou "allez demander aux voisins et commerçants". Chose que j'ai bien évidemment fait deux fois. Quand on paye un album ce prix là, la moindre des choses est d'avoir un service client qui cherche à apporter des solutions (ou au moins des réponses).
Update 03/04 : Après avoir mit ce commentaire j'ai effectivement eu un retour du service client via mail (comme indiqué sous ce commentaire) et normalement le Travel book non reçu va être renvoyé, je viendrai éditer à nouveau ce commentaire avec la suite de ce litige.
J'update ce commentaire, j'ai bien reçu l'album de remplacement qui est vraiment quali. C'est juste dommage au niveau de l'expérience client d'avoir "dû" passer par la pour obtenir une réponse. Le vrai plus pour Polarstep serait de passer par un transporteur qui autorise les points relais. En fonction des régions et / ou emploi du temps ça évite de nombreux problèmes.

Possibly the worst customer service…
Possibly the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Months ago we made 3 out of 4 travel books for our trip through India Indonesia and New Zealand. The 4th book does not load, we can’t edit it or finish it. Numerous emails to customer service have been ignored or replied to with short irrelevant messages and now we are nearly in April and our travel books for our trip last winter 2024/25 incomplete. Useless
