Great book, good quality

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Fotobuch von Polarstep bezüglich der Qualität von Einband, Papier und Druck. Alles lief bestens von der Bestellung mit Gutschein, Zahlung und flotter Lieferung mit Ankündigung des voraussichtlichen Liefertermins.

Es ist perfekt das es alles Zeitlich erfasst, ich liebe es zusammenfassung in videos schaues zu können und alles mit freunden teilen zu können.
Auch die Qualität des Buches ist super.

Erst die App, jetzt das Buch. Ich bin begeistert! Einfache Handhabung mit einer sehr guten Qualität, schönem Design und sehr schnellen Lieferung. Und man spart sich einfach so viel Zeit beim Erstellen. Ich liebe es!

Es ist ungewöhnlich für mich dies so in einem Buch niederzulegen, da ich diese Art von Reise und Buch nicht kannte. Im Nachhinhein muss ich mich besser auf meinen Etappen widmen, so meine Reise und Buch noch besser ortlich und zeitlich benannt werden. Was aber sehr gut und interssant ist, meine Freunde oder mit denen wo ich meine Reise teile, sehen wo ich mich befinde, falls ich mal Hilfe benötige.

The option to buy a travel book is interesting and really easy since it is made from the steps of the trip. Minor modifications in the layout for me, but not even necessary, so the making of the book is effortless and really fast. The book was delivered one week later and the quality is very good. A great memory from the trip!

I would appreciate it if you could review this case internally once more and come back to me via email with a more appropriate solution.

Both the original Travel Book and the reprint have the same quality issues (dull colors, low contrast, brownish tone), and the reprint did not resolve the problem.

The current offered options (30% refund or voucher) do not reflect a fair resolution given that the issue remains unresolved.

Polar step was amazing way to log your adventures and the albums they offer once your finished your travels are amazing the quality the presentation and the attention to detail every step of the way.

I love Polarsteps! As someone whose hobby is journalling and making photo albums, it combines these two activities in a very effortless and easy-to-use way. I really like that I can look back on my trips and relive lots of little details. It's also a great way of keeping friends and family up to date. I don't use any other social media, but I am committed to Polarsteps now for future trips.

I ordered a Travelbook once now. The price point is rather high, but the quality of the album was even better than expected. Beautifully made, sturdy, and it is also very nice that certain details (temperature, date, altitude, location) are visualised automatically per step. We also really liked the overview with the statistics at the beginning; it truly adds something. Makes it more immersive.

The only point for improvement is that the text has been 'cut off' in a strange way on a small number of pages, where for example the last three words of a sentence end up on a completely new page. That is a waste of paper, of course, a whole page with only half a sentence on it. Also because it makes the album unnecessarily thick and more expensive, as more pages means a higher price. I could probably have adjusted this manually beforehand, but I didn't notice it, unfortunately. It would be nice if this could be prevented automatically.

I love using Polarsteps when I travel and I think I will use the app to create a Travelbook again next time.
