Poetry is the only clothing company in the world for me, offering amazing materials. Yes! I buy from Italy dresses made by quality materials but POETRY are absolutely wonderful. No compromises with the tissues. Stunning, elegant cotton and linen dresses, all made from an adorable combination of cashmere, alpaca, linen, silk with wool, and many other adorable combinations. Fantastic! I love your natural materials. I have many wonderful clothes that are truly poetic!

For date of experience I could say: since I bought my first cardigan in 2020 until today New year Eve 23-24. I wear POETRY only.

Customer Service couldn't have been more helpful when I inadvertently put the completely wrong postcode on the delivery address. They tracked my order to the sorting office, e-mailed them the correct postcode and offered to send a replacement dress if it didn't arrive. It did and I love my dress. Many thanks, Anita

Never heard of this company. Liked the look of the clothing. I'm 58 and refer to my figure type as a pot bellied brick (no curves and a little too much on the stomach). So finding clothes that don't make me look like coco the clown can be difficult. This brand is more expensive than I normally go for but I really liked the look of the skirts. So I took a punt and bought a Merino Blend Wool Skirt UM40. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. Lovely material, hangs well and love the colour. I took note of comments and bought accordingly. Size 16 (UK) as I HATE tightness around the waist. My only negative is its LONG! I'm 5'5" it hangs at my ankles and I wear it very high rise (well above the belly button not something I normally do). If it slips down it would probably drag so you might possibly want a snugger fit depending on your figure type. On the whole though I really like this garment and will keep an eye open for other garments in the sales as I thought the whole range looked lovely

I bought one expensive dress. I was surprised to see that it didn’t even include a spare button!

However since then the issue has been despite my attempts to stop Poetry from sending a catalogue they appear to send two a month. Now they’re also sending one of their other companies Em +me. I’ve tried to email them and call them. They’ve said they will stop but this against GDPR and I’ve no choice to report them to the ICO.

Superb quality, gorgeous designs coupled with great service.

I am and probably will always be a Poetry and Wrap fan but this season (AW23) I’m a tad fed up. With a wardrobe full of their clothing I eagerly looked at the website to place orders for my Christmas gifts from my husband and Mother only to find that many items are already out of my size, out of stock or available to order but with dispatch around the 27th December. That’s no good at all! Why has everything run out so early. I’ve never encountered this with these two companies before. Very disappointing. Get on the pace guys!

Consistent quality and superb service every time. I have been ordering clothes from PoetryFashion and it’s sister company WrapLondon for several years now. I have quite a few clothes from both companies. WrapLondon caters to a slightly younger population than PoetryFashion. And WL items are sometimes a little more form fitting. This review is for both.

Fibers and Quality: The quality of the items is next to none - just amazing. Most everything is made from natural fiber and often organic cotton. Their hemp/cotton combo items are so smooth and comfortable. They also carry many other combos like silk/wool, linen/cotton and cotton/wool/yak/Alpaca, etc. Most of the wool comes from Merino sheep, so wool items are amazingly soft.

Sizing: Most non 5-star reviews I’ve seen have to do with sizing. I did have to return some items due to sizing at the beginning, but since I started reading the clothing measurements, I am now spot on. Read the measurements and the reviews, then you’ll get a feel for the sizing of different cuts and materials. Not everything runs large.

Returns: If you have to return something, it’s simple. There is a returns label included in every shipment. I have never had an issue with refunds, and they tend to be fast.

Shipping: Standard shipping is $15 and $30 for Express. If ordering from the USA and you have a large order, you may want to break it up into two or more orders. Orders over $800 will take longer due to customs regulations. But all customs fees are included.

Customer Service: Their customer service is exceptional; they will go out of their way to make things right if necessary. Everyone I have spoken to or emailed has been professional, resourceful and helpful.

Mittlerweile habe ich schon vier Bestellungen bei Poetry aufgegeben, die Qualität der Stoffe und Schnitte schwankt sehr stark, deswegen bestelle ich meist mehrere Artikel zur Auswahl und es kann schon mal vorkommen, dass ein Grossteil der Bestellung zurückgeht. Mit der Retourenabwicklung und Erstattung hatte ich diesbezüglich noch nie Probleme, das lief einwandfrei.
Die Stücke, die ich behalten habe trage ich viel und gern. Mir gefällt dass keine Kunstfasern verarbeitet werden und so gut wie alles lässt sich untereinander kombinieren.

Auch ich habe heute diesen Katalog bekommen, ohne diese Firma zu kennen. By, by datenschutz! Ich bestelle hier mit Sicherheit nicht, da kein Model wie eine Europäerin aussieht und blonde Frauen scheinbar nicht existieren. Ich bin blond, die Mischung macht es!

Somewhat incredulous of the number of negative reviews on Trustpilot. Have been buying Poetry ( and Wrap) clothing for a number of years without feeling the need to complain. Have not had issue with quality or customer services. Love the fact clothes are that little bit different and always draw comments.Anything I’ve bought has worn and washed well. Still wearing items that are several years old.

Habe heute Katalog bekommen, ohne diese Firma zu kennen. Wäre interessant, von wo die meine Adresse haben. Ich bestelle hier schon deshalb sicher nichts.

This companies customer service is above and beyond, i honestly dont know why there are negative reviews. I ordered a dress when it came it was too big, i rang the company to get a replacement the girl was so helpful they sent a replacement straight away even before i had returned the bigger dress. The fabric and designs are beautifully made. i will be ordering again from this company without a doubt

Terrible customer care - I notice it's not just me that has noticed this. I emailed them and completed an online form and still no response. I also noticed ( as other people have) they haven't published my review because it comments on a design fault that would affect some people and their poor customer care. This suggests they are not being transparent. How do they expect to foster trust if they are conducting such practices? I suspect whoever is running this company has taken their eye off the ball - standards have slipped.

Received faulty clothes and appalling customer service. Then my first review was declined because I mentioned the cost & my second review has not been published. Just compare the reviews on here to the ones on their website to see what I mean. Such a shame because I love their designs.

Seit ich das erste Mal bei Poetry bestellt habe, trage ich fast nur noch diese Kleidung. Die Qualität ist hervorragend. Sollte doch mal ein Mangel vorliegen - eine Hose ging nach dem Waschen stark ein - wird der Wert ohne Umwege ersetzt. Die Hosen haben eine super Passform.

Have a few crop trousers. Sizes all differ . Seems they make a lot of wide thigh leg trousers and no full length for 5ft6 people. Quality of the hemp linen very nice. Washes well. Would like to see better fitted trousers in future.

I received a pair of trousers having ordered it from Poetry clothing. When I tried the trousers on I found sewing room debris ( i.e. pieces of the material when tiding up seams) in both pockets so I sent photographs. I was not impressed as I've never purchased any clothing in the past with an unfinished care of the product. I asked the customer services team to make some form of dispensation off a future order to compensate a little for this shoddiness and this is what I received.

"I have spoken with our internal department who deals with our clothing and they have advised that this is normal, due to the type of material. They have informed me that this comes from friction during transport and can also happen during wear".

I think customers are a little more intelligent than to accept such a ridiculous and farcical answer. We are not stupid. No garment's inside pocket is going to suffer friction during transportation and furthermore these trousers were not worn so no friction could have occurred during wear at this stage.

Not only has their company lost a potentially valuable customer(as I was intending to order more of these trousers in different colours) but all my friends who already shop with them intend to boycott any future purchase due to their lack of sense and customer relations during this complaint. This loss is more significant than a 10% discount or maybe the post and packaging costs that they could have offered a gesture of goodwill. Absolutely appalling and to expect me to accept the most ridiculous excuse I have ever received. I'm still laughing. Small mindedness, in my opinion, on their part.

Leinenbluse für 139 € (!) gekauft. Saum am unteren rechten Rand offen. Bluse zurückgeschickt, "neue" Bluse angefordert, diese kam heute: gleicher Fehler, offener Saum an der gleichen Stelle!!
Unsäglich, überteuerte Ware in schlechter Qualität, nie wieder

Wont last one wash. Ordered a dress, wore it once, washed it, giant hole appeared at the gather in the front. Would not recommend.

Ich bin inzwischen wieder vollkommen zufrieden mit Poetry Fashion. Dss war mal anders, aber jetzt ist alles top: die Ware, die Rücksendungen, alles bestens. Ich kaufe viel bei Poetry, viele Sachen trage ich oft und jahrelang. Der Schmuck ist auch schön. Alles etwas teuerer, aber gut.
