They contacted me to confirm my address and when I responded that they missed my suite number they responded immediately and acknowledged the change. I also received the email with an information video on how to correctly use the product. I feel confident that I have purchased from a reputable company.

This item doesn't work as described. It's not removing the hair at all. I'm still needing to utilize my razor. I'm using the gadget on my face for more than thirty minutes with no results. I'm requesting a refund.

Once the tool arrived and used it, it worked great it just took longer together it then what was estimated.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. I had been looking at the product for many months. I use an Epilady on my legs and underarms for years and love how it really reduced the amount of hair that grows back. I also used it on my face but the precision is not real good. So I was delighted to see one for my face and I ordered it finally and I just love 💕 it.

I received it. I did everything. The instruction told me to do this product does not work very disappointed was looking for something that really truly work and this is not it would not recommend.
