Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Ordered a bag as a birthday gift. It arrived empty. No strap or compartments. Phone kept ringing out so emailed. Promised missing items with a lead time of 5-7 days or sooner. 2 weeks on still waiting. Promises as empty as the bag they sent. Appalling. No one responding to emails or phone. Was expensive but customer service out weighs anything. Shame on you!
