The wrong items sent as the part number…
THe wrong items sent as the part number was not the part shown on the web. Have sent a mail with pictures and require an exchange for the correct item.
Update 29/12/22- the point about the incorrect item being sent was not the fault of the vendor. On checking the paperwork it was apparent that the wrong item was selected.
I have therefore having been in direct contact with the supplier advised them that all I require is an Exchange, which they are willing to provide - they have offered a full refund on return of the items I ordered in error. Excellent Service I would suggest.

I have been ringing for the last two…
I have been ringing for the last two days, it rings but cuts off after a few minutes. I also checked their term and conditions. It states that any undelivered items should be inquired directly to the courier company and not themselves. The only positive is their prices are cheaper that the others.
