For someone who's just arrived in the UK and is renting for the first time, it can all seem quite overwhelming and complicated. The price I'm paying is well over double what I could get from Vodafone or Sky. It's hard to believe there's any reason the price is that high, other than that they expect some people not to know what price is normal - and they were right; they tricked me!

Initially they are smooth and set up everything for you. Then when the set ups don't go smoothly, e.g. you have problems setting up the internet and want to contact them. It's all email. Slow, and unlike when they first call you, not responsive. I wanted to talk directly to someone called, left messages. No response. Ended up dealing with it myself.
