Playnow is legit and decent but after 45 mins of online time everything loads so slow and then once you try to refresh or log in again its "it's been a hour " gamble sign for you to acknowledge and signout. I get people have gamble issues. Although for those who do try every once in awhile for fun or interest ... The loading and Messages are annoying

Misleading advertising. They imply on their site they match you on your deposit, they do not. Instead they created their tokens system, that is 100% misleading unlike other online casinos which truly match dollar for dollar. I have filed a complaint with credit card company. Servers sucks, game kicks you out but still takes what you bet even though, it kicks you while it’s spinning! Absolutely stupid, I rather play on the other casino sites and wait 48 hours for my winnings.

Terrible customer service I've been a customer for many years now definitely won and loss overtime .. this week I won and did a withdrawal. I wanted more information as it was a larger win which causes an internal review before they release it for deposit .. i was excited and advised I'd receive an email confirmation today .. then nothing .. 4 representatives and nothing .. what i found out is that it goes to "another department" some wouldn't tell me who that was or if I could contact them directly.. then i was told no one knows the actual hours of that department.. then i was told it can take up to 5 days! but wasn't told that by the first rep.. my complaint is that it doesn't matter if you call in , chat in you get some thing different every time and wait along time to get told inconsistent information also i have seen others complain about the games glitching and i too have absolutely without a doubt given how much i play that this only happens when i am betting high and winning it NEVER happens on low

Terrible odds

Crashes when your on a winning streak constantly and then you have to delete cookies in browser in order to log back in and then winning streak just ends. Been like this for month. It's too consistent to not be a coincidence. Save your money and play on a different site.
