Pls pls pls I request you to never play here . There games are all rigged and fraud . Even on blackjack you will never win . Even on 19 and 20 you loose 80% as they miraculously make 21 . You have been warned .

The poker client locks me out of games in the middle of a hand on a new Apple silicon Mac and on the older Intel Mac. This happens every half hour on average. I'm getting to be very fast at logging back in. This has been an issue for years. I've reported this in the past.

The deposit counter adds my deposit attempt to my total when the Interac E-transfer deposit feature isn't working. I chatted with an agent who was nice enough to tell me it wasn't working, which took ten minutes. It would be nice when you know it's not working if you would post that on the deposit page (so users don't have to contact Support) and in any event NOT add a deposit to the deposit counter when it's not working.

The third issue occurred when I was trying to resolve the the Deposit issue above and was disconnected before I was able to finish my reply to the Playnow staff member.

I finally won on megavault took me too the megavault wheel , spun the wheel stopped at a envelope, envelope came up to open up to show my prize then crashed on me , tried 6 times to go back to the game until it took me to the beginning again . I never knew what I won. Put a complaint in the vendor responded saying I was paid out , when I never did . I called back to complain to ask the vendor what was in the envelope still no reply . So upsetting and frustrating

I play on here a lot and win and loose but 2 years ago I won 75 k and the next day they updated there system so u can't stay in a game for more than 30 min used to play same for hours that's when I'd win after it changed couldn't win big just couple k so three days ago I tried new game played for hours with out getting lived out won 40 k and all of a sudden after cash out back to getting kicked off every 30 min clearly they do this intentionally to make Shure u can't win big and they tell u it's how site is programmed and blame it on cash and cookies

Listen im a gambler i understand you win some you lose some its just the name of the game but the odds on this website is slim to none. They'll pay you out at the beginning but won't see that again. Latest example is taking 1000$ to finally hit a bonus and on 10$ spins the bonus paid 200$ lol thats what happens in most bonuses it just doesn't make sense. I go to the casino and play on other sites often and I have never in my 15 years of gambling seen such low and less frequent payouts then Playnow BC. On top of their bullshit "payout percentages" ( totally made up numbers) the site itself has so many glitches always kicking you out of games for (data now received)(geological issues) and many others. This will happen in middle of bonuses often. Playnow BCLC is stealing money from Canadians with rigged software. GPEB does not audit them, they get paid off by the gangsters running BCLC. GPEB are ex cops that are now crooked and know how to break the law. Playnow is using rigged software to steal your money. It is not correct odds. In poker they have house bots generating the winning hands it is impossible to win. Keep playing and you will see the same players winning and they will win with the same hands you lose with. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CHEATING SITE. The BC Ombudsperson is paid off too. You cannot do anything except stop playing here. Google all the reddit posts about how rigged this site is. Don't let the shill employees that get paid to post comments saying it's not. If you are losing, leave.

The games always crash or hangup most times you lose all your progress at bonus games or jackpots when this happens.played one game tonight varied my bets spent over $500 and never hit a bonus once even though they were at the top of where the bonuses usually activate got free spins twice at a $2.50 bet and only won a total of almost $16.00 What a rip off why should you have to spend $1000 or more before you "might" get a decent payout. I’m honestly done pretending PlayNow is great, because this is a joke. You can rip money out of my bank account in seconds, but somehow it takes HOURS to show up in my PlayNow balance. What kind of backwards system is that? I didn’t deposit money to sit around waiting like I’m in some virtual line.

When you take the money instantly but don’t let me use it instantly, that’s not a “delay,” that’s you holding onto people’s cash. Dress it up however you want — the experience feels like theft.

The constant crashing of the site is a real disappointment. It also seems that if you win and withdraw funds you will not win substantially again until you spend almost as much or more. Very disappointed overall.

Things have changed drastically on Playnow.

I have been unable to access my account for over 10 days due to an apparent geolocation issue, even after I have completed all the suggested troubleshooting tips by chat support, and having my ticket escalated without any response or follow up.

10 days after my initial ticket, and immediately after I complained about going to the regulatory body that oversees PlayNow, my account was magically granted access again to login.... LOL

Now get this. This login session was only granted to me for one hour, before it automatically logged me out again, and proceeded to give me the same issues I have been facing for the previous 10 days.

There is clearly something seriously bugged with PlayNow's internal login/session token systems, and there needs to be a serious look into what is causing these problems, as it is preventing users from accessing the site and withdrawing funds. I'm sure I am not the only user experiencing this across the country.

I have already filed a formal complaint with the relevant regulatory authority, to look into this matter further, and they will take the necessary steps to investigate.

Until then, I suggest to everyone able to use this site to GET YOUR MONEY OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

There is serious problems going on at the fundamental level, on the technical side, support side, and terms side.

The fact they do not allow you to withdraw your funds unless you request a formal account closure (which takes weeks to process) is borderline criminal.

Do NOT put your money into this site. They will lock it up, disable you from playing, and make you jump through hoops, and only after you threaten to report them to the relevant regulator body will they actually take action, albeit temporary, to show they attempted to act in good faith, when in fact they do not.

This site used to be good back in 2022-2024, but now it is a complete mess on all fronts.

The site constantly signs me out in the middle of spins. I am often logged out after getting bonuses come up, and it takes my money and the spin doesn't complete . When I first made my account, it seemed good lots of bonuses and good money to play ratio. I believe it does that to reel you in. Ive been a regular player for over 10 years and now that it knows im a regular player it seems im depositing 20-30 times and not even breaking even or even being able to withdraw anything to recoup some loss. Save yourself the hassle and head to a brick and mortar casino.
