Playnow.com Is a very shit site I put over 3k in within a week never won anything almost every game I played got a bonuses never paid anything all I bet is $1-$2 money goes fast because you don’t get line hits

The site crashes allot - mulitple times a session - Not a fun experience....This is not a one off - It happens every play!

Put well over 500 in huff n lots of puffs to win the super bonus, after a week I finally got the super hats bonus and all of a sudden the game crashed. Did everything they told me to try troubleshoot it, game would go back on but crash as soon as I hit continue with the bonus. The outcome was they returned my $3 bet 🤬

Complete scam IMO. They hide behind “system errors” to not have to payout sports bets. Has happened multiple times where I e won a sports bet and they don’t payout. They use the “safe and secure” motto to scare people into not using other sites like stake or bet365, however I have switched due to poor customer service don’t give anything to their loyal customers. I've been logging into Playnow for years on the same computer and as of late, every time I try to log in, I get an error message telling me that they can't verify that I'm in British Columbia. I'm not using a VPN or any such service.

Now it's redirecting me to sensitive internal computer settings when I try to log in and it's never done so before.

It's just another headache in a long string of headaches that I've had on this site. So at this point I'm not even going to spend more time to try and figure out why it's not allowing me to log in, I'm simply going to take my business elsewhere.

I liked the idea of keeping my money in-country but this site has done pretty much everything to chase me away.

Very disappointing!

Every time I am playing , the system just crushed every 30-45 min.it always says error, or system is not receiving the data or for no reason , most times i am playing bonuses and some additional extras up to 40 bonuses, then it’s just crushed suddenly and the system will not log you back until the next day. This is ridiculous!

Cancelled my winning bet and didn’t pay out. The bet slip that I had was correct but they said it was a loss. Phoned them and explained this. The worker agreed that the bet slip was right but couldn’t do anything. The next day they paid me however this is a criminal act by a government business and not only will I never use PlayNow to gamble I will be looking at proper justice against the crime they committed.

I don’t know what to feel about this site. The location problems, it kicks you out because it can’t detect your locations. The payouts lol. I literally won 25 cents on 3 bonuses. The people in charge of the Victoria branch said they cannot tell BCLC what to do. I have screenshots of BCLC saying GEPB instructed them to close my account? Who is lying here? Why does GPEB not answer my emails? Why was my account locked when I investigated BCLC. Then when I closed the investigation my account was reopened with BCLC. Then I reported possible cheating to BCLC internally and my account was closed. So this takes all incentive away from people to report cheating on the platform they are trying to make better.

How do we hold these people accountable? We have to make reddit posts to tell the public our story. Post on reddit, Google reviews, trustpilot reviews and Better Business Bureau. Also flood the BC Ombudsperson with complaints. That is how we start getting things done. I think the best thing of all is telling your story on reddit because even if you go with the BC Ombudsperson nothing really gets done and they don't question BCLC when BCLC made a false statement multiple times. I don't know if the false statements were intentional or not that's why I asked BC Ombudsperson to ask BCLC to clarify their explanation of a software error not affecting gameplay. It does affect gameplay but nobody wants to hold BCLC accountable.

GPEB also told me I am not allowed to call on the phone because they know I am exposing them. So GPEB does not reply to my emails but they also said I am not allowed to call on the phone... so there is no way to start an investigation to expose BCLC and GPEB
