I've been gambling on this site since Covid and the slot machines used to pay out generously. Nowdays, those same slot games don't pay out and its so hard to get a bonus. Any form of gambling is a losing adventure but I feel Playnow has gone downhill over the years and machines are very tight. Now they are removing Reward points effective Sept 15, 2026. That is a good thing because I will no longer gamble on this website and will save me a lot of money in the process.

In the real world we know that any result in the 120m, 90m+30m extratime = a win, and when going to penalties it's a draw and penalties are used to determine who goes through.

I was playing on this playnow site only because it's BC. It use to pay fairly but not no more, so many lags,errors games not loading, losing bonus rounds, getting kicked out of games within 35 minutes playing 7 times booted out of the fixed Bingo Room 75 losing $20 of bought cards. Chat Room another story , just recently I got accused of being abusive in chat room by mentioning the same winners everyday so they blocking my chat privilege until 2029 lol what a joke. Howcome EVERYTIME im winning I get a message that my location cannot be verified? This has happened every single time. Then I get booted out of my game. I get logged out of the site completely & it takes about 10mins to refresh or get logged back in. Then the game im playing is not available! I joined playnow Saskatchewan about five months ago? Well, not “joined” but actively started depositing around that time. I’m a seasoned gambler and have experienced the best and worst sites on the internets.

Playnow is the worst.

So where do I begin? Let me first state that the customer service and the site itself (includes games, interface, dependability, etc) are two separate things in this review.

My customer service rating would be around 4 stars. The live chat is always a nice option when I have a need that can be fixed in minutes as opposed to the casinos where you have to email and then wait and wait. 90% of the agents are awesome. I’ve only had a bad or unpleasant experience once or twice speaking with agents. So their live chat agents are pretty awesome. Now onto the site itself and the people who run it.

I find the site has a very mechanical feel to it. No warmth. It doesn’t feel very welcoming. The design is just cold and blah. But this is the least of their issues when it comes to being a successful online casino.

The games are basically the only reason I haven’t completely packed up and closed my account. I enjoy being able to play games that I find in my local casino. It’s fun! But again, the site interface doesn’t do the games any justice.

Now onto my biggest and IMHO the most important aspect of any successful online casino.

The Loyalty Program.

Time and time again I’ve been asked my opinion in a small supposedly random survey conducted by playnow every once in a while. And time and time again I complain about the lack of a personalized loyalty program catered to players who deposit consistently, and are more often than not the players who deposit the most frequently. Hence the name, Loyalty Program. And each time I mention this, I’m told that the system depicts who receives what bonuses and when.

Playnow, you have the absolute worst loyalty program of any casino I’ve ever played at. And I feel when I do mention this to customer service that i receive almost negative vibes from whomever I’m speaking with. This site has so much potential. But I feel like you take for granted the customers you have. That you don’t need to listen or make changes to your site because it’s the only place that a player can play these games online. Maybe there needs to be a change in who runs this site, or has the decision making abilities to focus more on the loyalty program aspect of the site. But I feel that ego gets in the way of someone who is supposed to listen to their customer base. But what do I know?

This latest "update " is the worst ever. I get booted out of Bingo every 10 minutes or so, then have to log out, log back in and buy in again. I like the new buy- in format, except that you can't buy to the next game unless you're between games. That sucks. The mini- games have all changed and are mostly slingo games, which I'm not fond of. Bingo isn't as much fun when I can't enjoy a mini at the same time. I liked being able to see what numbers people close to a Bingo were waiting for and now that's gone.

They will make sure you dont walk away with winnings and if you do, they know you'll be back to waste those winnings away, which you will the next time you play. Its not fun, imo its dressed up in flashing lights, bright colors, and sounds that make you think its a "fun time"
Playnow claims they care about your well being, they offer links and numbers to gambling addiction hotlines, they offer the option to do game breaks, and will kick you off the page if you gamble for more than an hour. Doesnt matter if your game is going well, itll decide for you when you're done whether you like it or not and its always when you're on a good run. I also want to mention that there is nothing random about these slots. Its no secret that the game developers design the games to go a certain way depending on the millions of data points they take from you. Its not a coincidence that the reels keep giving you two bonus' and not the third. Theres a reason why they dress a lose up as a win, when you bet 40 cents on a spin and win 10 cents back, thats not a win. Theres a reason why they piss you off by giving you a bonus round where you win nothing, its just to get under your skin, and make you want to win your money back. You cant advocate for healthy game play when you allow the game developers to create games that are meant to mess with peoples heads. Random is random, random is not adjusting game play so you can make quota, random is not pre planning where and how the reels fall in order to piss ppl off playing with their emotions to make more money, random is not 20 bonus games that all end winning under 50 cents. I dont know what your definition of random is but it does not feel random to me. Ive had plenty of situations where a slot was popping off, bonus' were bonusing and the winnings were great. Whos "regulating" it by making it accessible to anyone over the age of 18 or 19? This is no longer a "know your neighbour" kinda world. Its a dog eat dog world and if you're wasting your money on online casinos youre moving in the wrong direction. Go buy a single mom or elderly person a gift card for a grocery store and see how much better it makes you feel rather than flushing your money down the toilet.

Cannot give Playnow a lower than 1-star rating which is unfortunate!!! To state that this is a gambling website would insinuate that there is a possibility to win. That is not the case. Terrible payouts and gameplay make this website horrible on the best of days. Read the reviews. All of the players who have gone to this website cannot be wrong. Continuous crashes and spinning endlessly with not so much as a line hit on all bets makes this website very fraudulent or just a platform to steal from players who are fed up with the way this website interacts with the player. July 11 2026. I'm posting this to warn others!!! I am a very smart person who NEVER bets. Until today on this "government sanctioned legal site". I bet Argentina would win. They did.
