I have finally received the samples I ordered.
I received a friendly email, and it seemed to be mistake with the order, so they submitted the samples for free.

UK trading company based in the…
UK trading company based in the Netherlands. No where when purchasing does it say that. all of there orders are dispatched from the neatherlands sit in customs for days and get delivered to you past the estimated delivery date.
ordered 4 sheets through them. had tracking to say it would be with us Tuesday, now Wednesday to be told its still in the Netherlands. although this is not their fault on delays it would be good to know country of orgin before purchase or i would not of bought from them. Will not be purchasing from them again.

The item arrived exactly as ordered. Packaged securely and with anti scratch film. It was easy to get the correct size, shape, cutouts, positioning etc during the ordering phase which means I got exactly what I was looking for. The acrylic is sturdy and crystal clear. The order came quickly and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more seamless service.

An absolute shambles of a company
Placed an order at the end of May for 3 large pieces of 3mm white acrylic cut to size & 1 piece of 3mm mirror.
Round 1. The pieces of 3mm white arrived wrapped in thin cardboard and were, unsurprisingly, damaged.
Contacted the company and they sent a replacement.
Round 2. The replacement arrived and it was wrong. They sent 2 x pieces of 3mm, great! And bizarrely, 1 x piece of 2mm which is not what I ordered. So I once again contacted them and was sent another replacement.
Round 3. I was then sent the wrong thing, AGAIN!
Round 4. For the fourth attempt, they sent the right thing. Hurrah! But it arrived damaged. Once more, absolutely no surprise given this is a large piece of 3mm plastic, wrapped in thin cardboard, with no corner protectors, coming from the Netherlands to the UK.
Knowing full well this fourth attempt would arrive damaged, I already sourced the materials from elsewhere as I'm behind by 3 weeks on an order for my customer, due to the utter imcompetence of this company. Meaning I'm out of pocket.
They refuse to take the damaged pieces back and to reimburse me for materials I now have absolutely no use for and have had to source from elsewhere. They also flat out refuse to expedite replacements, even following the inconvenience they've caused.
The customer service I've encountered during the whole experience has been appalling. It's been down to me to chase things up and get any answers. I would never, under any circumstance, use them again.

Initially impressed with the service
Initially impressed with the service: ordered late one day then tried to add another panel early the next, only to be told I was too late to add to the order and that I’d have to make a new order. When I did this, I was hit with a high delivery cost and a ‘small order’ surcharge. I called to see if they would waive the surcharge, my having just made a large order and was told ‘yes’ they would come back to me but they didn’t. I called twice more and told the same. Fourth call finally resulted in a ‘no’. Fair enough, but they kept me hanging on for nearly 2 weeks!

No more lottery trying to cut sheet with a jigsaw hoping it doesn’t crack!

Perfect shopping experience
A really good shop.
I made an order from the plastic sheet shop for a custom plastic sheet. Unfortunately when it arrived it was broken in the corner. I got in contact with customer service and they were nothing but helpful polite and wanted to resolve the issue.
They sent me another sheet out the next day, which arrived the following week in perfect condition. And the sheet itself is really good quality and exactly what I needed. On top of this they sent me a post card to apologise for my experience!
Honestly 5* company! Not often nowadays you get customer service experience like this!
