You have to pay at least £25
Well I need a small 104cmx53cm piece of acrylic sheet and was drawn in by the very reasonable price, expected to pay for shipping of course and was a bit reluctant to pay more for the shipping than the cost of the item, but then they hit you for the minimum charge surcharge, so for an item cost of just under 12 quid the total to pay was £45 - madness! Needless to say I didn't order it, went somewhere else

Appallingly Late Delivery
Horrendously innacurate delivery estimates. Order placed on 6th. Delivery estimate was 12th. Received on the 17th.
B2C Europe transport to UK and then Evri are used as the local courier. Evri confirmed receipt on the 15th. Sadly, their online tracking facility is very misleading. I spent a complete day waiting at home for a delivery that didn't happen. Grrrr...
I had taken 2 weeks leave to do work and effectively wasted a week waiting for materials. Very, very frustrating.
There was no mention on the website during the order process that items were being shipped from The Netherlands. I only found this out from Customer Service after contacting them about non-delivery.
I received 3x 'up sell'/follow-up eMails trying to sell me other products/asking how I liked my order. All before delivery even took place. This despite my asking for no unsolicited mail/to be removed from their Marketing Database.
Customer Service response has been fairly half-hearted with (I paraphrase) "If your order hasn't arrived in a few more days get back to us" and a "Sorry but at least your order has arrived now". Not even an offer of some sort of compensation for this complete fiasco.
This has been an absolute nightmare. Totally unacceptable. Had I realised my order was being shipped from Europe and would take so much longer than estimated, I probably wouldn't have ordered from plasticsheetshop.
Which is a shame because the materials themselves were of decent quality and cut to requested specifications. Hence the One Star.

Greenhouse glass replacement
I'm replacing some greenhouse glass with acrylic sheets. Online ordering was simple. Material prices were very competitive. Delivery was prompt via UPS. Packaging good and goods arrived undamaged and perfectly sized. Delivery charges are a bit higher than competitors, but I don't know where the products are shipped from, so the charges are probably justified. In conclusion, I am happy with my purchase experience.

Great product custom made to specification
Very pleased with the the product and service. The website was very easy to use, enabled me to specify the exact measurements of the boards I needed and the custom cutouts. Boards are cut perfectly to size and am really pleased with the outcome, will definitely use again

Replacement for glass table top with plastic
I broke a glass garden table top and decided plastic would be better. I googled plastic sheets and several suppliers came up but only you allowed precise measurements. I ordered 3 sheets for minimum delivery cost (good idea) and I am delighted. Thank you for solving my problem very efficiently.

Absolutely useless. Delivery times are complete cobblers. They import from Europe so you can guess what causes the delay. Just middlemen.

Unbelievable shipping costs, a 1/3 of the order price on top! Not even received items as yet as only ordered this morning, so probably won’t use again for future business sadly.

Poor description of product on website
The trespa material not described in full on their website. It is engraved on back so no good for our purpose. Several sheets cut to size, hundred of pounds wasted as this company refuse to accept back as they deemed the material usable. Why don't they have it back then? Very poor 'resolution'.

thank you for your review. Our Trespa® sheets our colored on one side. The other side of the sheet is not colored but black, and on this side you sometimes see a product code. The front side of the sheet does not show the product code, since this is the front of the sheet, and is still usable.

Nice easy purchase. Needed some polycarbonate or perspex for a greenhouse repair, found that the size I wanted was pretty standard. Bought 6 panels, decent price, quick delivery by UPS.
