Great, fast cooperation

Jut the range and type of products was looking for.
Easy and helpful use of wedsite and ordering plus guide on associated products.
Placed the order with build plumb, they had a hiccup with delivery however Shaun called and notified me straight away and rebooked delivery.
I needed to add an extra item and was easily accommodated on a phone call to Shaun who sorted the addition and arranged for it to be included in the delivery. Can't fault the customer service and company. Be pleased to pass more custom their way.

Had to change my order last minute and called Shaun made the changes for me quickly. He got Tom and Pete to unloaded the boxes make the changes and reload. Brilliant service, thank you.

Phoned Shaun @ BP Plastics in need of a next day delivery, he went and checked with Tom and Kyle in their warehouse and they managed to sort it for same day dispatch on a next day courier

After contacting three other companies, two of which just didn't bother to get back to me and other was slow in replying and had a large delivery cost, I asked a neighbour where he recently purchased some underground drainage items, and he recommended Build Plumb Plastics Limited (plasticdrainage.co.uk.) I then rang and spoke to Shaun, who was definitely the expert I needed and wished I had of contacted BPBL in the first place. Shaun was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and proactive, but there was another thing which really made Shaun special, he grasped the unique nature of the project that I am carrying out and then was really insightful with his suggestions of how BPBL could solve my problem - which the other companies hadn't. Shaun has a charming manner and he does what he says he will (quite rare these days!) I was very impressed and so grateful for his advice and would certainly recommend BBPL. Many thanks once again to Shaun - he's a star.

We would like to thank Pete, the driver of our Delivery, it was a big load and we was not able to get home to help him unload, he immediately offered to put the items down our side alley and was more than happy to do it, as we watched on our cameras he unloaded with care and attention in keeping it as safe as possible, we don’t see this kindness very often people seem to make more complaints than give praise, so THANK YOU Pete for all your help, I would recommend you ask for Pete for your Delivery. Crucial drainage part arrived broken at 1.30pm on the Monday, called immediately (got through quickly to a super helpful guy). No quibble. Replacement part arrived early the next. This is the thank you email I wrote to Shaun:

"Hey Shaun, it's been a long day on the digger for me but I have to say that your parcel took me by surprise and bought a smile my face.

Thank you. so much for sorting out that replacement part for me so promptly. I'm really really impressed and grateful. I would have had to go hunting for the part locally if you hadn't done that.

Basically it means I'll be able to go ahead tomorrow with the drainage without any delays. You're a star. Thanks mate! 😊👍"

We ordered some manifolds and were sent the wrong ones, this was picked up by Sean in Delivery dept, and he has been incredibly helpful for the last 3 days trying to get the correct ones sent to us.
We still haven't received the manifolds, but that was not for the want of Sean trying to get this sorted out for us. Well done Sean ! Thanks for all your help!

Despite the word 'Express' in their name, another supplier failed to even despatch my order after 4 days so on the off chance, I called Build Plumb to see if they could still make next-day delivery even though it was 50mins after cut-off. Shaun was extremely helpful with my order, and even added some items I'd forgotten, an hour later. Everything arrived within 24hrs. Superb service - thank you so much and keep up the great work.

Firstly - Shaun and Will thank you both so much. I was let down by another supplier for a job happening within 2 days and I explained this on the phone (despite calling after next day cut off) and the team quickly packaged everything and got it out same day for me. Incredible service. Unfortuantely, due to no fault of BP Plastics there was transit damage to some of the plastic items. Given the short time scale scenario, Shaun rapidly arranged a delivery for the following day containing the replacement parts. Smoothly rectified and clearly communicated. Excellent team, that I have already recommended to others.
