Shaun Neal was the expert I needed. Helpful, knowledgeable, proactive. But there was another thing which really made him special: He grasped the unique nature of the project we are carrying out, and then was really insightful with his suggestions of how BP Plastics could solve my many problems. He has a charming manner, and he does what he says he will. I was so impressed.

Mick Tucker was brilliant from start to finish, wish everyone in trade was like this!

Ordered several lengths of 6m x 110mm drainage pipe at an excellent price, delivery was received within two days by Tufnells who were also excellent. No damage to the pipes either. This comes after I had previously ordered the same items from Sky Plastics in September, after waiting months and countless excuses then finally having to contact PayPal to get my money back as the pipes were not delivered. Sky Plastics stated that they no longer sell individual 6m lengths of this pipe as the couriers kept damaging them. Well maybe you should try using Tufnells!

We needed a fitting that we could not find on BPP website, so we made a call and spoke to Will.
Will was fairly sure that they could help and so spoke to Tom (Warehouse manager) who said that they could supply the parts to make our fitting up.
We ordered the parts there & then via their website on the Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered to our office the very next day by 11.00am!
Not only that, but Tom had actually pre-assembled the fitting for us saving some head-scratching on site!
First time we have used BP Plastics, but certainly will not be the last.

I have recently used BP Plastics to provide me with a duct and duct pull pit products. Mick Tucker assisted me and his advice and service was excellent.

After I made my first order I was let down by a different supplier for an item which would have held up my installation. Without hesitation Mick assisted me, I ordered the item circa 11 am 5 sept 22 and it was delivered by 8.30 next morning!!

I should also mention that I had made an error on my first order and this was addressed without any problems as well.
