Excellent service
Excellent service. Order was delayed by weather (royal mail issue, nothing to do with the vendor) but were well packaged and survived with no issues.

I found this company very easy to orderâŠ
I found this company very easy to order from online - but here's the thing!
It was not the usual impersonal service.
I was contacted personally, thanked for my order and assured that it was on the way and to get in contact immediately if there were any problems.
This is something online companies should think about doing.
It is called personal service and goes a very long way to ensure that I will use them again and again and guess what, recommend them to others.
I am also happy to say that the recipient was delighted with the snowdrops.
Thank you and all the best for 2021.

Thank you
My friend reported that the hyacinths were in good condition despite not being delivered on the requested date but I do accept that the post office was understandably busy, so thank you anyway.

Very impressed.
I ordered for next day delivery. The plants came well packaged, in great condition, moist soil for travel time and un- damaged flowers. They came next day as expected.
The price was incredibly reasonable aswell for the condition and service.
Thankyou.

I disagree with this customer - we upgraded the delivery free of charge and also sent out 10000 cyclamen and this is the only complain on quality. Itâs a shame for
This review but I wish you luck and itâs sad we couldnât complete this to
Your satisfaction
