Planning Geek Omdömen

Fast, accurate and honest

Excellent advice and superb social media interaction

Great site and always willing to help. Ian has a real depth of knowledge on all things to do with planning.

I received clear and honest advice from Ian today, who ran me through the various options for constructing outbuildings under permitted development. I highly recommend a consultation if you are unsure about something planning-related.

Ian was incredibly helpful, very thorough and with ready access to all the land registry information and aerial photography to illustrate his points. He left me with a very clear understanding of the issues around my planning application and a suggestion for how to move forward.

ian is the expert when it comes to all sorts of planning issues. Though no one can guarantee any outcomes, he is reputable in his work with many councils and planning authorities and he is taken seriously.I know I am in good hands when it comes to correctly case handling. highly recommend a call session with him. Thanks ian, kind regards Angela Soong

30 min call with Ian was not only Informative but Invaluable, it was so much more beneficial than emails going both ways over time as is usual in the Industry. I was then linked up with Neil for a very specific and uncommon planning issue, who progressed my application for certificate of Lawfulness (this guy even knew more than the local planners and was able to pull on National case law) through to obtaining 👏 (after I had tried myself and failed). Fabulous service, professional and extremely knowledgeable (which made all the difference).

30 minutes Zoom call with Ian. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Ian helped us confirm that we didn’t have a problem with a planning issue and saved us a lot of time and expense avoiding the need to seek planning permission.

Ian gave excellent advice and had access to information that I wasn't previously aware of.

I had a 30 min zoom meeting with Ian to discuss the likelihood of gaining planning on a potential project. Well worth spending the money on before making any very expensive decisions.
What Ian doesn’t know about planning just isn’t worth knowing in the first place! Ian is just a fountain of knowledge with a personality to match.

OMG the knowledge of Ian is amazing, gave us great advice and options which we did not know we could do. Will be using these guy for all our planning applications without doubt

Excellent service from David & Ian at the planning geek on acheiving the change of use class in article 4 too Sui Generis HMO , it’s been a real pleasure working with these guys and I highly recommend.

So far, I've found Planning Geek to be incredibly helpful! I was impressed by the seamless automation throughout the entire process, leading up to the Zoom call. It's been remarkably efficient!

After talking to Ian, the veil of doom has been lifted from the planning process. His knowledge and expertise is second to none and his ability to explain it with clarity is just what I needed. I shall definitely be using him to take us through the Sui Generis planning application in the near future. Thank you Ian.

Ian gave us some great advice on a commercial acquisition we are currently working on. Ian's advice gave us the confidence to justify our numbers and maixmise the opportunities that this site has. Thanks again for your help Ian.

Very useful session with Ian. Knowledgeable and pragmatic advice.

Thanks Ian

Our hour long zoom call with Ian was invaluable in obtaining advice and clarity on what would or would not be possible on a project we were looking at. Ian's knowledge is industry leading making this initial investment in assessing the project an absolute no brainer for anyone needing clarity on a project.

Very helpful advice on change of use for agricultural site. Was able to answer all of our questions and flagged up some things we weren't aware of. Would have no problem recommending to others looking for similar advice.

Informative and heped me clarify if a certain strategy on a new purchase could work from a planning perspective, took the whole hour to discuss several projects and comes at it from a planning but also developer perspective which is rare. Also took the zoom call whilst on holiday as i needed to progress pretty quickly.

I heard about Ian through all my entrepreneurial friends in my PEC group having missed a day with him in London due to personal commitments
As expected, Ian is very knowledgeable about planning and very helpful. I will definitely be contacting Ian again should I need further help with planning issues
