Very helpful speaking with Ian, had some very practical and knowledgeable advice which will be taken moving forwards. 100% recommended.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. Ian also thinks outside the box which is rather useful when tackling complex planning issues.

Second time using « the planning geek » david was extremely helpful in getting planning approved each time. Thank you.

Great experience and well worth the money!

Ian was great and answered all of my questions, giving me confidence going forward with my application. Planning can be complicated and time consuming, speak to someone who knows what they're doing!

Very helpful and informative session. Ian is very knowledgable and you will get a lot done in an hour. Highly recommend. Thank you from Peter

Ian's knowledge on all things planning and property is second to none. A quick consult to verify my understanding of what was possible on a particular project was invaluable and massively boosted my confidence in being able to proceed. No hesitation in recommending this service to others!

Ian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had a wide range of questions and he managed to not only answer them all but also explain the answers too. He made, what can be a confusing topic very digestible.

It was a pleasure to meet with such a knowledgable expert, cutting though some of the rubiish we have heard elsewhere. Ian was practical about our options and a way forwards.
We will use him again

Knowing what councils are like, we contacted Planning Geek to discuss our requirements, At a small cost, Ian and his team certainly helped us with our Application.
Thank you from Ian and Leona Curbridge Engineering Ltd

I recently had the pleasure of consulting with Ian from Planning Geek, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Ian thoroughly explained everything to me, providing clarity and reassurance about the next steps for my project. Initially, I had been misled into believing that the rear extension I needed could proceed under prior approval. However, Ian quickly clarified that planning permission would be required, saving me from potential delays and complications.

Looking back, I wish I had approached him much earlier in the process. Not only would I have saved money, but I also would have avoided wasting valuable time. Ian’s knowledge and expertise are truly impressive, and he was able to break down complex planning regulations into terms I could easily understand.

I now feel much more confident about moving forward with my project, and I look forward to working with Ian again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone seeking clear, professional, and trustworthy planning advice.

Had a great conversation with Ian this afternoon. The planning issue we discussed came after 3 years of failed planning applications with our local National Park and the solution he has provided, could well be the game-changing breakthrough for our farm that we've been praying for. Ian listened and understood and was efficient, thorough and knowledgeable in his advice and conclusions and with the greatest confidence, we have asked him to make the application for us/

Very helpful, personable and informed, Ian helped me refine my strategy and avoid one or two traps in the process. Above all, I will sleep better for having secured an objective view rather than relying on my own reading of the relevant legislation.

We have used Ian's advice sessions on two occasions and have been very impressed. Being able to pay for advice is very useful and has been invaluable in our due diligence process. Ian is very experienced, helpful and informative - he is indeed a planning GEEK, in all the best ways!! We would not hesitate to use him again for any planning need and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone needing advice and/or planning services

Excellent call with Ian. He has a wealth of knowledge and clarified my thoughts on a proposed project as well as advising me what further information to obtain and how to get it. Highly recommended

Ian was very easy to talk to and clearly knew his subject well. I had many general questions about a verity of planning options and Ian answered all in detail, giving me a clearer plan moving forward.
