Our internet had gone down over the weekend, intermittently in and out. I contacted planet telecom and was instantly called back from Jonny. He not only has sorted all of our internet issues, he has gone above and beyond keeping me informed of all works carried out. He has even contacted me today to make sure that our internet is working correctly going into the weekend. Big thank you to Jonny 🙏

I deposited £5 with Planet Telecom and received the confirmation from PayPal. However, twice I've tried to make a call (UK to USA) and each time I get a recording saying I have NO credit and the line disconnects!
UPDATE: I have since spoken with Planet Telecom and they immediately corrected the problem and also gave me a little top-up for my trouble. I am now one very happy customer!

Planet Telecom have been fantastic for our business. They helped move a number of sites away from BT for phone line and broadband, which all went smoothly. Great customer service as well.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! Saved my business from a terrible phone system that was not doing what we were promised! Callam was not pushy at all, he actually listened and went away to see if he can help, 24hrs later i was brought out of horrid agreement and brand new system with ai technology was installed, my staff absolutely love it (so user friendly) and the ongoing support from Planet has been second to none. Highly recommended 👌🏻

The product didnt work for me . I Asked for a refund.

They said they refunded and it would taks 3-5 days untill the fund went back to my card.

2 weeks later I had to ask for a refund again.

This is when they started the refund process.

They tried to keep my money hoping I wouldn't check my bank balance and foget.

I do not trust this company if they are willing to try to scam my £5.00 refund.

The customer service has been fantastic, which was the main reason for choosing planet telecom. Jonny was great at answering numerous questions and getting us set up very quickly.

Planet Telecom are a fantastic company who helped us seamlessly migrate to them from our old provider and saving us thousands in the process!

We have just completed the transfer of our old domestic analogue telephone line with BT to a new digital one with Planet Telecom. Not only has this considerably reduced our monthly outgoings but we were astonished at the speed and smoothness of the transfer itself.
We instructed Planet Telecom to go ahead on the Monday morning and within an hour they had come back to us to confirm that BT would be transferring our existing telephone number to Planet Telecom on Friday. Planet Telecom provided us with a link to a video that demonstrated how to set up the necessary equipment (the hardware and cables needed to connect the telephone line to our existing router and telephone) which equipment arrived with us by courier on Thursday. In fact, the video wasn’t really needed since the connections are such that the equipment cannot be wrongly connected. Planet Telecom immediately arranged to get us to a temporary telephone number which we could use to test the equipment which, once connected, took an hour to ‘bed in’ and register. The digital set up was then immediately fully functional and working in exactly the same way as the old analogue system – albeit with the temporary telephone number. At 10am the next day (the Friday) Planet Telecom telephoned us using our old telephone number to advise that its transfer to them by BT had successfully taken place and that the digital conversion was, therefore, now complete.
We were very impressed with the professionalism of Planet Telecom throughout the process not only in the way in which they orchestrated it and the clarity of their explanations but also the speed with which it was achieved. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to undertake a similar transfer which is, in any event, currently intended to become obligatory for everyone within the next few years.
