I paid 10,200 fr a cake they was supposed to be custom, premium and unforgettable. Well, it was unforgettable __ fr all the wrong reasons.
Nothing was as promised. Every detail I asked fr was ignored. It’s like they didn’t even read the brief. No creativity, no care, no professionalism. For this price, I expected luxury. What I got was a sad, sloppy mess. This cake was supposed to be the centerpiece of a celeb… . Instead, it became a joke — not a funny one. If u value ur money, ur event and ur sanity, stay far away. This was a disgrace.

Very Very bad services, They are not full filling their commitments regarding time slots. Order was not delivered even the "Event" ended and then they are delivering the order. Extremely bad experience, embarrassing also Infront of recipients.

Worst experience of my life with this website. They don’t take notes carefully and they don’t deliver on time. I have placed an order for Eid and Mother’s Day , have also transferred money from abroad with extra charges and still my order is not delivered after 4 days of Eid.I'm concerned that this might be fraudulent website as they are not replying to calls as well. I hardly get a reply from them and they keep delaying my delivery. They also tried to change my order for what I paid and when I didn’t agree on changing the order , they didn’t deliver. Now after 4 days I’m still waiting for them to answer and get my order delivered. They’re still saying it’s under processing and they’re not replying to my calls and messages. I’m so disappointed and frustrated. Im scared if my hard earned money is wasted by choosing this website to send eid gift to my family back home.

EDIT : my order was delivered on 4th day and they sent a cake as a complimentary gift as well on same day that I asked after I wrote the review , but the inconvenience and frustration I had to go through while ordering is unexplainable.
I’m not going to trust them again for sending gifts.

BAD SERVICE
This is the second time they have ignored the order delivery instructions. The card greetings were written by the delivery driver after reaching the home, even when strictly asked for someone else to do it.
The order, which contained cupcakes, was brough open without any cover/plastic/sheet leaving the food spoiled.
DO NO ORDER you will be wasting your money specially if its a gift.
