Our rider followed the delivery process and was not unprofessional. Unfortunately, according to our rider’s account, he was subjected to aggressive behavior, abusive language, threats, and physical intimidation while attempting to complete the delivery. We take the safety and dignity of our riders very seriously.
We have retained the relevant details of the incident and, where necessary, will cooperate with the police or other appropriate authorities regarding any threats, harassment, or physical assault against our staff.
We expect all customers and delivery staff to treat each other with basic respect. We are always willing to address genuine concerns about delivery timing or service, but abusive or threatening behavior toward our riders is not acceptable.

Being able to order KFC for my parents…
Being able to order KFC for my parents all the way from the Netherlands to Pakistan was such a wonderful experience. My mum was craving KFC, and seeing her happy after receiving it made my day. The ordering process was smooth, the delivery was on time, and the food arrived fresh and well-packed. It's amazing how distance doesn't have to stop you from sharing love with your family. Thank you for making it possible to create such a special moment. Highly recommended!
