The cake I selected and PAID for was not available after confirmation and I was told to choose a different option. The other options did not even look as nice as the one I selected which was a shame. On top of this, I selected the 3:00-6:00pm timeslot and ordered well in advance however the product arrived hours later which is terrible! Plus it didn't look very nice and had RED writing.

The website should be regularly updated to reflect what is actually available as these last minute changes are really time consuming and unprofessional. Also with such a wide time range, how is it still delivered so late??

I placed my order four days in advance and requested delivery at 12:00–12:30 PM (within the advertised 12:00–3:00 PM slot) for a birthday. At 3:00 PM, after hearing nothing, I had to contact the company myself and was told it would take another two hours. Only then was I told the delay was due to Friday prayers, something they should have anticipated before accepting the order. At 5:32 PM, I was finally told the rider was "on the way." The birthday surprise was ruined, and the complete lack of proactive communication made the experience even worse. I won't be ordering from PK Gift Shop again.

I order a gift worth arround 16k PKR and they didn't deliver it. This is totally a fake scam website. When i tried to msg on whatsapp they kept saying " as soon as possible " and upon giving review on instagram they are continuously deleting comments

Ordered a Eid gift basket.
eid card which I spent time writing was not delivered.
nail polish not added to basket
bangles were so small kid size not wearable
body mist was a fake brand counterfeit. the basket was super small. the whole order was embarrassing.

Absolutely terrible experience. This shop charges high-end prices but delivers shockingly low-quality products. The birthday bouquet cake I received was pathetic in presentation, clearly not fresh, and looked nothing like what was advertised. The bouquet arrangement was cheap and carelessly put together.

It is unacceptable to charge customers a premium amount and then deliver something so substandard. This was meant to be a special birthday surprise, and instead it turned into complete disappointment and frustration.

I strongly urge people not to waste their money here. Do not trust the pictures or promises — the actual product is nowhere near the standard they claim. Extremely unprofessional and not worth a single rupee.

The gift completely different from the picture the had. But they contacted me after my review took accountability and made sure I got compensation. I will order again delivery time and date was good

I placed a Valentine’s order with pkgiftshop.com, expecting it to be delivered on time for a special occasion. Unfortunately, not only was the order not delivered on time, but the flowers were never sent at all.

This wasn’t just a minor delay — it completely ruined the purpose of the order. Valentine’s Day is time-sensitive, and there is no excuse for failing to deliver without any proper notice.

What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability. There was no meaningful communication, no compensation offered, and no refund provided. When a company fails to deliver what was paid for — especially for an important date — the least they can do is take responsibility and make it right.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them, especially for important occasions. Reliability and customer service matter, and unfortunately, this company did not deliver on either.

Excellent collectionwith different price ranges but i was dissappointing when they said we have this item can we change from the alternative and they send me pic but i wasmt fully satisfied so i ask you to show me other alternatives but no response .
And next day rhey delivered it al.ost 1 hour late from the time slite which i choosen .
I was constantly chasing them .
They didnt able to deliver the ssme cake which i choose .
I mean they should start as soon as order placed instead of start buying things just before delivering

I choose cake from different bakery snd they were texting me a list of cakes from another bakery .
So yes i dont think ill choose it again in the future

Very disappointed with this bakery. I ordered an expensive customised cake for a Haqeeqa celebration. I chose a design from their pictures and only asked to change the colour from pink to blue since it was for a baby boy. Although they made the cake blue, the toppings and even the baby figure on top were still pink, which looked completely wrong. The finishing was also poor and nothing like what they showed in the picture. Totally dissatisfied and not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
