Great Customer Service
Unfortunately I had an issue with the delivery of a stroller that I bought but the Customer service was very helpful, courteous and just really great. I would buy from them again and I highly recommend them.

this company has terrible customer service. no one picks up the phone and when i go to leave a voicemail it tells me there is no more room for any more messages so i cant even leave a message. no one replies back to the emails that i've sent and no one replies back to the chat service either. do not buy from here.

The item ordered was received in a timely manner and in good condition. Unfortunately we had to return it, and the return process was cumbersome (required calling the customer service person rather than being executable online) and return shipping is the customer's expense. These latter factors are the reason for only four stars.

I love the product so much that I bought a duplicate booster seat for our family member to also be able to drive around our kid. I love the speed of delivery. I only don’t love that after I placed the order, I was in the dark about timing. There weren’t any updates about my order status for a couple of days, and then the product arrived. I was happily surprised it came so quickly, and just wish I’d know in advance when to expect it to get to me.

Pishposh Baby has a team that is always eager and willing to help. Always my first stop for baby gear. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I was kinda scared based off reviews this was going to be a scam website but I ordered a Tripp trapp chair for my son and it shipped the next days and arrived very quickly in good condition!
Only thing I did not like is that the package was not packed into a different box to hide what the item was, because if anyone knew how much these chairs cost they could have easily stole the box. Other than that everything was excellent will order again from here next time!

Updated Review: upon leaving the review, Pish Posh quickly reached out to find out what happened which I appreciate so much! It looks like something happened where they never got my email but once they saw my review they tried to rectify the situation and forwarded my pictures to the warehouse so hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else! What originally happened to me was my package was delivered in a poly bag and unfortunately the actual product package was mangled (i assume from transport). Mistakes happen and that’s ok, what’s important to me is how a company handles the situation and tries to fix the problem. Once they were aware of the issue, they quickly tried to make it right. Aside from the packing/shipping mishap, the product came promptly and the selection offered on Pish Posh is great! I’ll absolutely give them another chance with a future order.

The baby bibs look great. They just arrived today and I plan to give them as gifts.

Never received a shipping notice, had to call 7 days to find out if it shipped yet. Item works well!

Worth every penny. This gate is truthfully very well engineered. This gate will fit just about any opening within the size limits. It's so hard to find a gate that doesn't have a bar you need to step over when opened. This gate doesn't have that bar, making it so much safer, especially for blocking off steps. We have 2 of these gates and love both of them. Installation is easy enough. Just take your time and have fun with it.
