I bought two SMS Joint Ring that could be sent in a 1st class envelope for something like £1.40 and I paid £10.
2 sms joint rings cost £1.80 but shipping cost £10 it's unbelievable

Hello, Im sorry you were un-happy with your purchase and the service. The delivery time was due to the bank holidays as carriers do not deliver on those days. Taking those in to account the delivery time was 2 days. Regarding the carriage, we dont operate a minimum order value so our customers have flexibility to order what they need but our minimum packaging and shipping cost doesnt change, £10 is the lowest we are able to charge. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout giving you the choice to order or not. That said, we dont want you to be disappointed, if you find yourself needing to order again, please make contact with the office and we will see what we can do to help.
