Kimmy got my server back up and running in no time. Server crashed. I exceed the memory limit. When I upgraded the package I didn't add the memory to that server. The crash also disabled cross-platform.

New server
Kimmy worked her butt off explaining mods, custom maps, and the config manager to me. unfortunately i could not get the mods to work. This was on my end. so i changed games. this was a flawless transition. the game server was easy to set up (No Mods). thank you as always Kimmy for helping me.

Customer support is great. It was my first time making a dedicated server and they guide me throughout the process! The agent also gave me a guide for the more advance problems I need to fix on my end that is beyond their scope already (Thanks agent Kimmy!)
