I’ve been using Ping Players’ 7 Days to Die server hosting for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The performance has been consistently reliable, and any small hiccups I’ve experienced were usually due to my own permission mistakes not the server itself.
What really stands out is the support team. German, in particular, has been absolutely amazing. His attention to detail, patience, and willingness to assist every single time is truly impressive. No matter the issue, he (or another tech) resolves it quickly and professionally. The response time is fast, and they genuinely care about making sure everything runs smoothly.
I’m very thankful for the outstanding support and service I’ve received, and I highly recommend Ping Players to anyone looking for dependable 7 Days to Die server hosting.

I encountered a technical issue, where the game server would stop accepting connection requests. Nicole methodically troubleshot various alternate configurations to verify it was a system issue, promptly escalated it to the infrastructure team, and provided a workaround to keep us playing.

Quick action
After an update for ASKA my village was wiped and I lost all hope. Francis heard my plea and was quick to take action. They quickly remedied the issue and got my town and everything back... minus a cart... but that's a sacrifice i'm willing to accept. Now i'm able to relax for the night, slowing building my little village into a flourishing city. Thank you Francis for your friendly and polite attitude towards my devastating situation.

Great server hosting
I've been using PingPlayers for about 9 months to host game servers and the support they offer is nothing short of exceptional. When a Satisfactory server experienced an issue the support team were incredibly responsive (responding to emails within minutes) and spent days helping me troubleshoot the issue, creating new servers, trying different configurations, etc., so I didn't have to start over and lose game progress. There were many staff working on the problem, Nicolas, German, Nicole to name a few. Lautaro was particularly great! Truly the Gold Standard of technical support!
