Speedy delivery, well packed. The grapefruit one is so refreshing over ice and ordered the tommys one to try which Iâm sure is amazing too!

Came all smashed- no one replying - resolved
Everything was wrong from start to finish, You cant contact anyone and if you send an email you get a reply after a few days, which is too late. My order arrived completely smashed, I emailed them and delivery company DPD 3 days ago and had no reply from anyone. They ruined Father's day!

Following my review and emails, they did everything to make up of it. They have sent me a brand new product and added freebies. It was too late for Father's Day, but I was able to pass it on and say that they're sorry and this is the apology. The drinks and gift boxes are lovely and delicious. Poor experience was just their customer service. I am changing my review from 1 to 4 stars as they made up for it. Poor review was not for the product but for service and delivery. I hope they improve their response time.

I ordered the Spicy Margarita set
I ordered the Spicy Margarita set as a Christmas gift, and unfortunately one of the glasses arrived smashed. I emailed the company honestly not expecting much to be done, but I was completely blown away by the response.
The team sent out an entirely new drink set, no hassle at all. Emma, who I was emailing with, was incredibly reassuring, polite, and kind throughout the whole process. I was panicking that the Christmas present was going to be ruined, but they completely turned it around.
Itâs genuinely heartwarming to see a company that truly cares about its customers. Amazing service, thoughtful communication, and a great productâcouldnât recommend them more.You are killing it girls! Keep it up

For the 2nd year running the Pimentae Spicy Marg box is in the fridge for the festive season. Honestly itâs the best one out there. Perfect strength, not too sweet, lovely rounded flavour with a bit of kick.

TURNED AROUND A DISSPOINTING EXPEREINCE - LOVELY STAFF
UPDATED REVIEW - Received a hamper which was poorly packaged and smashed all over the box on Friday - we contacted straight away via all channels but struggled to get through to anyone. After a couple of days chasing we did get a response once I contacted again via Instagram comments. The people who in which we spoke too have been lovely and said they would look into where our messages/emails went missing. Then on an email response we were also told it would be looked into how they were packaged which is great for future customers too that it isn't being treated as an isolated incident and they have care for fixing issues.
We are having our order replaced and they have kindly sent a gift to apologise for the chasing which is going above standard customer service now it has been picked up and it is much appreciated.
Completely turned our experience around when we had a response and we look forward to giving the hamper as a gift this Christmas.
We haven't tried the product ourselves but the person we are buying it for loves it.
Really helpful in turning a bad experience into a good one, and I would 100% shop with them again.
