I am expecting a delivery from a Lowes purchase 6/28/21. I have not received my delivery and each time I call Pilot for an update I am told a different story. No one ever calls me back. Lowes is no help either. If I could give them less then 1 star I would. Horrible company

First, they never returned my call for delivery scheduling, then the driver DUMPED the 100lb+ package (large patio table) ON THE SIDE of the ROAD by my mailbox which is OVER 100 YARDS from my house. I have a very clear driveway (with easy pull-through) up to the house, but the driver was too damn lazy to bring my package up to the house. I have NO WAY of getting this heavy box to my house! I have no one to help me load it in my car even. This is despicable and lazy. I will do everything I can to spread the word of my treatment with this company and I also will never buy from Lowe's again for using this delivery service. And my experience with Lowe's is another debacle.

My order was shipped on June 11,2021. It arrived in Groveport Ohio on 6/22/21. It took 11 days to get from Florida to Groveport,Ohio. Tracking showed it would arrive on 6/21/22 and then said it was delayed and would arrive on 6/24/21. I have called to see when my order would be delivered and each time I talk to someone I get a different story. Waiting on the delivery driver to call me to tell me when it would be delivered. 17 days and counting and haven't recieved my order. Will not order anything that uses this company to ship. Would NOT recommend using this company!!!

I have ordered on Lowe's a table and they have send a tracking through Pilot Freight services.
The shipment was ready by June 2nd, but only started after my first request for update ( their tracking system has no update at all) then ok, it was coming from Florida, may take some extra days in the truck until arrives in Michigan. Well on June 17th I have requested another update (tracking information online had no changes neither a confirmation that was in transit). I received at the same day a confirmation that just arrived in Romulus, Mi on the 17th. Now from Romulus which is half hour from where I live there is no information and I just received in the email that could take few days (???) to arrive. The original ETA was June 9th. I understand delays can happened but they mentioned over the phone it's a busy period if they said upfront they would take a month to delivery in the first place I would not even buy it. It's unbelievable how bad their service is and no information is available in their tracking system.

Purchased a large appliance on Walmart. Received the tracking number and was able to track directly through the Pilot website without a problem. Saw when it was picked up (within 2 days), in transit and out for delivery (6 days). Thought I would have to schedule a delivery but it was already scheduled. It arrived on the exact day it was scheduled in the early afternoon and overall it took 8 days. It may be a regional thing but we didn't have any issues with it shipped to California. The driver was also friendly and helpful so thankful that it went smoothly.

I ordered a crib on May 18th from Bye Bye Baby and was sent and email 5/20 saying item was picked up and would be delivered on the June 1st. That day came and went and no delivery. I called to check on it. I was told they couldn't track anything from the net. They said it might be on the truck but I'd have to call back Friday. I called back Friday it wasn't there. It might be on truck call back Monday. I called back then no one knew nothing. They said I needed to call bye bye baby. So I called Bye-bye baby. They said that once Pilot picked it up they couldn't track it. REALLY? UPS, FedEx, and UPS all have tracking numbers, which makes me believe this is a fly by night company. Heck, I can even track stuff from China. So why would a huge company hire Pilot? Why can't pilot track their packages. Anyhow Bybye baby told me they could only put a ticket in for me and it would take 24 to 72 hours to hear something. They sent me an email for confirmation of the ticket. I've heard nothing yet. I called the number in the bye-bye baby email. The young man said it showed that my item had reached the terminal. He told me he'd transfer me to the terminal to find out when it'd be delivered. The terminal guy put me on hold for 10 minutes. Then told me he couldn't find it and he'd have to call me back. This isnreally no way to do business.

I order a birthday present for my son on May 12th. I got a text from "Pilot" saying it would be delivered on May 21st. On May 21st, nothing was delivered. I checked the tracking, it said "delayed" and would be delivered by May 28th between 11am and 6pm. RECEIVED NOTHING. Got back on to check the status...."DELAYED"! Finally called "Pilot" and they said that another shipping company had to pick it up in order for it to be delivered. By this point I was extremely frustrated. I called again today because I never received an update, I was told they were going to deliver it yesterday but a driver called in! Do they not understand that people have to take work off in order to sign for their deliveries?!?! I finally called Walmart and explained my frustration, they wanted to contact the company "Pilot" to see where my shipment was, I told them I doubt you will get any farther than I did, I told them I would like a discount on my item at least the "freight shipping" charges refunded, which they ended up doing. I also mentioned they may want to look into other companies for deliveries because Pilot is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!

The beginning started rough. Called in to verify an appointment date of 5/19 and was told delivery would be between 11-3p....requested time off so I could be home when package was delivered. 12:15p rolls around on 5/19 and still haven’t heard from driver (who is suppose to call 30 min before drop off) so I called to see update. Lady tells me appointment is getting mixed up with delivery so they’ve been working on fixing it. My delivery date was set for following Wednesday (5/25/2021) She apologized and was very helpful. Received a text same night from driver stating it will be delivered the very next day, it was loaded on her truck. Received it just as stated it would be from driver. They went above and beyond to help get my package and sooner then expected. Was getting nervous after reading all these negative review posts. Hope others end up with better experience like mine ended on!!

They shipped our couch with a delivery date of 5/6, then when we called we were told it was somewhere in the port of seattle (4 hours away) and they didn’t know when it would be delivered, a week later we call to double check when it will be delivered and they said it’s sitting on a truck and don’t know when it will be unloaded or scanned in. Tracking info has nothing, we filed a claim on their website for lost pieces since they didn’t know exactly where it was, they didn’t even read the claim and sent me an email stating I have to contact the seller for lost parcels (uhh what you’re the one who lost it). Seriously incompetent. To top it off world market seems to have no idea how to conduct an investigation into it either. Going to have to do a charge back... so annoyed

How is this company still in business? More importantly, why is Walmart still doing business with them? John Hill, Zach Pollock, and Lisa Coyle should all have to serve jail time for this scam they have created. They are all no better than Bernie Madoff and his ponzi schemes. Take a look at their leadership and ask them if they've ever heard of Diversity? This company should be shut down and I hope Walmart takes the steps needed to terminate their relationship with these scammers.

I was a little nervous after reading the reviews . I didn’t have any problems with them. They answered when I called and explained why my shipment would be late. It arrived after the tracking info stopped . They had to transfer it to another delivery service to get it to my house in East Texas. Was it a bit inconvenient , sure, did I like a spoiled entitled crazy person and give bad reviews , absolutely not ! I think that’s the problem with all the bad reviews. Calm down, shipments are slow these days , it’s happening all over , we’ve been through a pandemic and things are different now. Not just for you but for everyone. Calm down on the bad reviews

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Ordered an item from Walmart with the expectation it would be delivered a week later. Was delayed a couple days, then a couple weeks, finally delivered to Tulsa, OK. Too bad we live in Boston, MA!!!! Every conversation with them involved being spoken down to and them blaming Walmart for the delay. They finally admitted to labeling the package wrong and said they would work to correct the issue - like I actually believe that! Wish me luck!

**update they lost my mattress again and have no idea where it is, however they never called to tell us this we had to call yet again to get any information because no one actually ever calls you back when they say they will in this company.

If I could give this company less stars I would. We ordered a mattress and it was scanned in multiple facilities then stated out for delivery and we never received it, tried to follow up only to find out they "lost" it, stated they would call back several times and never did and wound up calling them by far receiving some of the worst and most disrespectful customer service by two employees named Mike and Carly who easily should be fired, but doubt they will be based on reviews for this company. Needless to say its been over a week still no mattress and it's supposedly on a truck that just isn't moving, which I am sure is the honest truth.... how this company is still open is beyond me.

Ordered a pool from walmart on april 15. scheduled my delivery appointment and waited that whole day and nothing came. called their number and after being on hold for 30 minutes was told it was still in transit. tracked it via their website and it said it was picked up in illinois waited another week and nothing. contacted walmart and was told it was picked up from their distributor and that’s the only information they have and unfortunately they are now out of stock and tried to offer me a refund. but i don’t want a refund i want my pool. so i called the local office in my city and got a person instantly and she said the same thing. it was picked up in chicago and no other info. so i called the chicago office and after she put me on a “brief” hold came on the phone and told me her supervisor says that they never picked up the item and they don’t have it. and from reading these reviews it seems like this company is a scam and pilot employees probably have a lot of cool new items to use or sell and they just expect the companies you order from to just replace the items. i hope these companies catch on and stop using this company. also if you wanna talk to an actual person i suggest finding the number to the local offices where your packages are.

Wish I could give Pilot zero stars. Hands down the worst home delivery service I’ve ever had the misfortune of being a customer of. Scheduled deliveries mean squat. And if you ever get ahold of a “customer service rep” 😏, they will hang up on you if you ask where your package is.

Terrible

Ordered a kayak. I took the day off from work to sign for it the day I was told it would be delivered. Never came. After waiting 25 min on hold to speak with a human I was told it was delayed but I’d receive a call before delivery so I could make arrangements. No call ever came. I then got an email saying it was delivered & signed for. Not to me, not to the address that was provided and confirmed. So someone else has a really nice new kayak while I still fight to try and make this right. Pilot says too bad so sad basically and won’t return my emails at this point or call me. My 85 year old grandmother can follow a gps to my house. On a main road, not at all complicated. If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst company I’ve honestly ever dealt with.

Horrible company to work with. How do they even stay in business? Forget trying to contact them by phone. Why does Amazon even use these people? Companies that operate like this should be illegal....

Save people the horrific experience they will endure if their items are being shipped by you, Pilot, and CLOSE YOUR DOORS!
Not one person knows where my package is. First, it missed the truck, then its been at JFK for over a week, then they have to search for it because it's missing in action.
Never dealt with such an incompetent company before.

WORST COMPANY EVER. For one I ordered a kayak April 13th and it was estimated to deliver yesterday, APRIL 23!! Still not here and none of the tracking details will update!! it still says in transit. So I decide to call customer service and have been on hold for over an hour because of “higher then normal call volume and have an estimated wait time of 10 minutes” no wonder. NO ONES RECEIVED THEIR PACKAGES.. I paid over 150 for shipping but still haven’t received my package? BS I’m not the type to even take the time out of my Day to write reviews online but I’m PISSED
