Worst company ever
Worst company ever! These people are scammers! I ordered for Christmas and they sent two of the wrong sizes, and two pair were all dirty and the quality was terrible! It looked like a kindergartener cut them out of rubber! Customer service is a joke! I sent pictures and everything and they offered to reimburse me only half or I had to pay return shipping for a full refund! Never buy from these fraudulent people!

Took them 1 month to send. Bad quality. Broke on the same day - all the bottons popped out. They don’t look anything like on the picture. Waste of money. Would NEVER buy from this company again.
Received it worth the money, not comfortable
Received these in cheap packaging. Looked generic. They are not comfortable at all! My Nike slides are way more comfortable!! Not at all worth the money!!

It's been over 7 weeks since I submitted my order and it's been 4 weeks since my item has updated in shipping. I reached out to the company multiple times and they could not even confirm if my package was in my country or not. They only offered a reshipment instead of the refund I requested. Roxy was awful to deal with. She only used her system generated responses and dodged/ignored my request for a refund. After waiting another week of no response from support and no update in tracking I submitted a charge back on my credit card and filed a complaint with the BBB. Another week passed and then I received an email from Pillow Slides that they refunded my order. "Customer Happiness Specialist", are you serious? Avoid! Avoid! AVOID!

First their system denied the discount code they gave to me but after the company did not respond to emails within the day I proceeded to purchase them without the code because we want them for vacation (red flag shouldn’t of). Then I received my order receipt which I realized they over charged me double for a pair. Therefore I emailed with my issue and it took multiple days for a response that was unsatisfactory. THEN they emailed me saying the shoes I purchased actually weren’t in stock and to choose a different pair. (Why wasn’t the site updated correctly with inventory?) After emailing with employees Glezy and Roxy and having the most frustrating email conversations in my life, it is now clear I’m not getting my money back or the shoes I want and I will never be dealing with this company again. I am literally going to have to contact lawyers to get shoes like pardon.

Horrible customer Service and ditto on what everyone else said in ratings. I have tried to email them and contact them online. Shoes came in. No receipt, no size on the shoe or in the bag the shoes came in or on the tag. Ordered 4 pairs and one did not work. Still after trying to contact them for the past week, I am not going to have to go to my bank and dispute the transaction and I don't have time for this. Horrible would not ever order or recommend them ever. I will report to better business bureau. Possible scam. No phone number anywhere!!!

Worst customer service ever. I had four pairs of pillow slides which are absolutely the most comfortable slide around for me. I ordered four more pairs in August which two pairs that I received were wrong. I was told that I had to send them $10each pair for a replacement which already upset me and I refused to pay $10 to exchange a mistake that the company made. Then They wanted a picture of the product they were exchanging to see that they weren’t worn..so they wouldn’t give me the address until I sent them pictures of the product I was exchanging… Odd… They asked me to send the tracking information so that they can watch the product as it arrives to the company via USPS also strange. I did comply and I did give them all the information and I know my product arrived August 29 though I heard nothing from the company. I reached out to find out how long it would be for the turnover and apparently they said they couldn’t find the slides that I returned. USPS on the tracking says it was left with a company worker. It is now over a month since they have received the product that I paid to send and that I already paid for and still they have no resolution all I want is an exchange for the proper size of my product and that seems to be an issue for them . I don’t know if this company Is a scam or what but I know that I sent them back everthing as they wished, sent them pictures sent them the tracking information and also my product is paid for not asking for a refund asking for an exchange and they can’t seem to do this. Buyer beware.. I can’t even reach anyone via phone… The shoes that I received were marked the proper size but they were visibly much smaller… I feel like the only thing I can do is alert other people to This customer service issue. I plan to call the Better Business Bureau and consumers. Don’t order from the pillow slides

I made order on the end of august and received it recently.I ordered two slides size 7 pink and oatmeal color and two slides size 10 pink and ocean blue colors.I got only size 7 pink and oatmeal right.And black slides size 7 which I didn’t order.They didn’t send me size 10 pink and blue ocean.I emailed them few times and texted and also commented on Instagram but they deleted all my comments and left me on read.I never got a refund.And they always send automatic email responses.Slides quality is ok and smell like plastic idk and they made in China……Never buy from them.Scammers.Not professional.

Purchased these after reading their website as ‘a step into heaven, enjoy endless comfort, wear all day’. I purchased these to wear following the London Marathon due to their slogan regarding comfort. They stated 3-5 day delivery however arrived 3 weeks later, cheaply packaged and cheaply made, no more comfort than cheap sliders. The company have now returned my money but just wanted people to not waste their money as they can purchase similar for a quarter of the price.
