None of their products are true to their size and they will not refund/replace an order. Buyer beware.

Ripped off!! They say they were delivered, but were not! P.O. returned them or they disappeared, and company WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY! I just get looping A.I. responses to check p.o. SCAM!

I just gave one star because I couldn't go any lower. This is a complete scam. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this. It says they will refund but that is not true at all. I hated the first products and instead of refunding me the money the only option is to get more of their ugly products. Stay away from this company!!!!!

Their add says try risk free...But you can't return for a refund...very deceiving.
They offer to send another pair...but i didnt want the first pair why would I want another pair.
They look cheap they are too bulky to walk comfortably in

would give 0. What a scam company. I purchased THREE pair at the size THEY recommended. They were too small. I tried to contact them to no avail. I tried to get used to them and just deal with it, but then the pair I was trying to break in actually SHRUNK into itself. I finall reached them and they accused me of "leaving them in the sun" - what kind of BS is that? Now they tell me all sales are final, and I can have a replacement but I have to pay shipping costs. Oh and the suggested I purchase a size SMALLER than I wear! I'm just going to eat the $84 that I wasted. Really pissed.

The shoes were ordered but have never arrived. The tracking says that it was sent from China. All I received after complaining was several messages saying they were on the way. Save your dollars and don’t purchase these.

I received my Pillow Slides with a dent on the side of the slide and the size was ok but the fit was too lose at the toe end so I had to grip my toes to walk in them. I requested a refund but they said they do not refund only exchange. After numerous email requests for a refund they offered a free pair of slides bit the freight would be at my expense. The shoe profile does not fit my foot comfortably so I would not wear them so another pair was of no use. They promote comfort and they were not comfortable on my feet.

I purchased pillow slides due to a plantar fasciitis issue and a trip to the beach I love them. I love them very, very much because they are so comfortable and they don't bother feet at all. There was an issue, however, with leaving them out in the direct sunlight causing one of them to shrink a size smaller. I reached out to the Pillow Slides company. They were very transparent and said that because they are cushioned with air pockets the hot sun can shrink them. I reached out to them and they. Not only were they transparent, but they were responsive and within a couple of weeks sent me a free pair.me a free pair. I love my new pair, I love pillow slides, the company is honorable and trustworthy. So glad I ordered these. But don't leave them out in the direct sunlight.

I ordered three of these arch Support flip-flops on July 9, 2025, for a total of $85.71 and they never arrived. Tracking says they were on their way but nothing has been updated since July 26 when they were somewhere in Dallas. I live in Northern California! I've sent three messages to pillowslides.com through their customer support contact form and have not received ANY reply. i've searched for a telephone number but can't find one. At this point I'm going to have to report the charge to my credit card company as a fraud if they don't refund it because I never received the product and can't get a hold of anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM PILLOWSLIDES. I paid &85.00 for an order that never delivered, It took over a month before they said they were delivered, I requested a proof of delivery to verify the address and have not heard back from them that was a month ago. This is a scam! The email is no longer valid!

I placed an order through their website and paid in full.
I received confirmation that the order was successful and a message saying my items were on their way.
But nothing ever arrived.

I waited patiently, then had to contact them myself to ask what was going on. Only then did they tell me that the item was out of stock.
They casually suggested I choose a different color or even a completely different slipper.
Excuse me?!!!!

I made it very clear I only wanted the specific model and color I originally ordered.
I’ve now sent them already 3 emails asking for a refund, and all of them are being ignored.
No reply.
No refund.
Just silence.

This is unacceptable customer service. If I hadn’t contacted them myself, they would’ve never informed me that my order wasn’t even going to be fulfilled. And now they’ve disappeared.

Avoid this company!!!!
Once they have your money, they vanish.

And what surprises me the most is that I actually remember when this company was just getting started.
Back then, it was a kind man doing everything himself. He only had one color (brown), and we emailed. I told him I really believed in the product and was looking forward to ordering, but needed different colors.

He was thoughtful, honest, and said if the brand succeeded, more colors would come. I stayed in touch. Eventually another color was released, but the shipping cost was €60, more than the sandals themselves.
I emailed him again and he kindly said he understood, that he was trying to reduce the shipping prices and even offered me a discount.
I still didn’t order then because of the cost, but I respected his openness and told him I would keep following.

Now, I don’t know what happened to that man.
I’m clearly no longer dealing with him, but with someone else entirely.
The energy has changed completely.
I feel so disappointed for ever trusting them.
This is not the same company it used to be.

Don’t buy from PillowSlide!!
I read that there was 100% satisfaction guaranteed, however I missed the part where they refuse to give refunds.
They don’t answer emails.
They don’t offer returns, only exchanges. The flip flops are leaving a sore where they rub in between my toes and on the Side of my foot. These shoes are very unforgiving. Don’t waste your money.

It's now August 2nd and I have NOT RECEIVED THEM
They have emailed me back 15-20 times always with an excuse why they won't refund my money!!!!

I have not even received my shoes yet; however, I accidnetally ordered two pair because the website gliched or something. I only need one pair. When I received my emailed invoice just a few minutes after submitting the order, I immediately emailed the company and told them of the error. I asked for an immediate refund. I received an AI generated response that did not address my specific issue. Two days later, I receive a response for the company that the order has shipped and there will be no cancelation or refund. If the shoes don't work for any reason, they will exchange them. Excuse me, what? I wish I had seen these reviews before making that purchase.

I received a tracking number but the Postal Service stated the address I gave them was not the address on the package that states delivered. It says delivered but not to my address.

Pillowslides sent me a size smaller than what I ordered. Automated customer service insists that I should pay £17 shipping for a new pair in the size I already ordered in the first place!!!! I refused to pay for it and write a bad review they then came back to me and said please don't give a bad reveiw we will send a new pair for free with no payment for shipping ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

This company does not respond to your emails. They took about 3 weeks to refund my cost and then they did not give all of my money back. The shoes are junk! They are sloppy, ill fitting and they have flaws.

Pillowslides sent me a size smaller than what I ordered. Automated customer service insists that I should pay shipping for a new pair in the size I already ordered in the first place! Finally I got through to a person on pillowslides *a* gmail com who then sent me a size larger as I had ordered originally. So it worked out in the end although the whole thing took about a month.

I order a pair of flip flops 32 days ago. I still have not received my order. I am disputing the transaction.

I ordered on May 30th. On June 27th, it showed that the shoes were in Chicago and then didn't update anymore. It is now July 2nd...nothing!

It's a scam
I order a pair and till date still waiting. Tracking stopped at June 26 and today is July 2. When I check the status on their website it says order not found. Wish I had checked earlier reviews before buying.
