I'm still waiting for my sandals 3 pairs expecting to received today ..where is my money come on

Pillow slides is a scam company. My slides were sent on May first the tracking stopped on May 27 and it’s now June 19. I’m still waiting and have been told to be patient they r on the way. I did not realize they were a china product. I would have never ordered them. I doubt they will ever show up. Buyers beware!

I ordered size 9 and received 38-39-which doesn't correspond to size 9 at all!
As they sent the wrong size, I couldn't return them? The shipment took forever also - as it turns out it ships from China! Such a scam company!

Pillowslides.com, Online company advertised buy 2 pair flip flops, get one pair free which I purchased for $85.71. All 3 pairs were ordered in size Women's 40-41 (size 9). I received only one pair in size 40-41 and 2 pairs in size 38-39 (too small). I requested a refund via their CHAT (no customer service number on website) and it stated keep the flip flops and we will send you a free pair, just pay shipping costs $12-$17. (I'm not paying extra in hopes they send me the size I ordered in the first place.) Goods were shipped from China as shown on tracking record. How the actual package shipping label shows sender is Mat from NEW YORK address (STORAGE UNIT) makes no sense. I GOT SCAMMED!

If I could zero star, I would. I unfortunately, ordered 2 pair of their sandals. After weeks of waiting and following my purchase through delivery service, I received an email stating my package was delivered on June 8th. I was home that day and also checked my cameras. Needless to say, no delivery was made. After many texts I have not heard from this company nor from delivery service.
Never order from this company again.

Ordered three pairs and all three are the wrong sizes - have emailed again and again and again but always get a generic reply to tell me that they are on the way! Their website states a money back guarantee and refund policy but they just ignore you!

Similar experience to everybody here. Have waited 2 months for my order. To now receive tracking to say "return to sender process". Keep emailing to demand a refund and no reply.

I had a an issue with being sent the wrong colour for my sandals. I emailed and received a prompt and courteous response. Through communications Glezy on the Pillow Slides Team the problem was easily solved. Glezy was prompt kind and resolved my problem calmly and politely. It was a pleasure to deal with her and I am thankful for the delightful customer service!!!

I ordered flip flops got them but size was wrong.
I have sent many emails to them (4/5 ) and they are not responding to any of them.
I just lost all my money and I will never order again from them. They don't back their products up.
Please support me and don't order from this company either

Where is my order from November? I understand ontario had a postal strike, but that's been over a while now. Your customer service is horrible. Is this a scam ?

I ordered two slides on Jan 6 and just got them yesterday.

I received the text on my phone that it was delivered but I wasn't home. I later discovered my package lying on the floor of the mail room for anyone to take. The delivery company is UniUni and the text came from 888-608-2709.
I was lucky to get my package this time because the delivery person didn't deliver my package to my apartment front door. I suggest anyone who considers buying from this company to think twice before purchasing because they are careless if the package reached the person who bought it.
As for the quality and comfort. They feel comfortable and good as slipper around the house, pool area and maybe a trip to a market. I need something like this because I have problem with my heels and I need heel support. The slides are not too soft and just right for my foot. In term of quality, they are good but the delivery system is horrible.

I ordered 2 pairs on August 2024 and was final told in November that my order was lost and on December 6 was told they will have to reship my order. I have not heard anything from them with a new tracking order. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB shortly if I don't get my shoes by January 15, 2025. I will never order from this company again.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. The worst customer service ever! I wanted to simply exchange for a bigger size. After a few (too many) back and forth emails, 7 weeks later I’ve had no response and definitely no exchange. It was such a simple request and to not offer an exchange in line with policy is…not even legal surely?! An absolute disgrace. Never EVER buy from them.

Terrible customer service. Reached out three times. Had different people respond and not one would do anything after the initial contact. Each one said they'd get back to me. I just wanted to exchange for a larger size. Terrible customer service.

Don’t do it. Ordered on 27 of Sept. I finally got an email back from them 4 weeks later saying the color I wanted is sold out….like how? I ordered it 4 weeks ago. Requested a refund and haven’t heard back.

I'm having a similar experience as most reported here. I ordered my slides over 3 weeks ago. I'm using the Shop app to track my order. It still says that my order was placed--nothing about an ETA on shipping or delivery. I reached out twice to their help email address (no phone number and their social media comments are turned off) without any answer.

I have very little confidence in them and receiving my order. If I don't get any confirmation soon, I will be filing a legal report for theft. I spent over $100.

I purchased on September 13th. Today is October 3.

only email communication (my guess's not a real person Glezy the AI) replied: our fulfillment moved to another address or we don't have your size/color, and the last response after I was asking to send me a refund, that's we shipped today, but we don't have the tracking number yet, just wait, wait... I sent them my warning today, they simply ignoring me. The address I found on their advertisement seems to me it's a condominium complex in Langley BC Canada: 8150 207 V2Y2J4
It's a scam to me, how I feel now.

They sent me the wrong size. I ordered an 8, they sent me a 9. I had to pay to return them. Customer service was terrible, absolutely did nothing to rectify the situation except make me travel to the post office to return them and then pay $14 for shipping. I paid for their mistake, absolutely terrible customer service. Glezy was my ‘customer happiness specialist’. I asked for the contact for their supervisor and no response!

My pillow slides arrived 3.5 weeks after ordering. The tracking App was inaccurate and not updated and conflicted with the information I received from the Customer Happiness Specialist which caused me concerns. My customer experience was frustrating but in the end, the order arrived in good condition, with nice packaging and I am happy with my pillow slides, they are comfortable and seem to be good quality.
