Lovely frame, but fiddly to get a large canvas even
I’m very happy with my frame. I ordered a custom size to fit an existing canvas. It came quickly and I was kept informed about the expected delivery. The loss of one star is down to the instructions of fitting the canvas into the frame. The video instructions on the site made it look very easy, but were so quick it was hard to catch all the steps and my canvas was big, so not easy to get an even gap all the way around with only 4 spacers. I also had to use some additional screws to support the centre of the canvas on the 900mm sides. The finished result is beautiful though.

Beautiful and good quality.
This was my first experience buying a frame for a jigsaw puzzle and I'm 100% satisfied. It was easy to find instructions for the measurements and the frame fits perfectly. I loves the design as well, it matches perfectly with the theme of my puzzle.
The frame is very good quality, sturdy and beautiful. I can't wait to finish my puzzle and display it in my home.

Great frames
You might worry about frames being sent through the post, don't! I've ordered loads now, they're packaged really well and arrive in perfect condition. The frame quality is very good and makes my paintings look properly finished!
